I use Virtual Audio Cable: http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.htm , Just set your audio program to output to the virtual cable, and set the input from the virtual cable as your default recording device, I use it in combination with winamp, and winamp remote for my android Phone so i dont have to alt-tab to start music. :)

I bought Arma II just for this mod. I bought it on thepowerlevel.com , paid 14 euros for a steam key for combined ops. Had the key within 5 minutes of payment, for only 14 euros it really is worth it :)
