DayZ Overwatch wasn't that bad. THe only problem the initial version of it had was the weapon, and ammo spawn rate was too high. Well, and they armored vehicles with miniguns. Only two things that were bad. :)

No, there should never be such a thing. This is DayZ not Epoch / Overpoch. However, I am sure people will mod such things into the game when modding comes, no doubt.

Assault vests don't spawn, also are you positive it was a M4 you saw?

"Interact-able" destroyed / rusted vehicles

Interact-able destroyed vehicles usually have .308 ammo for me. I've accumulated 800+ rounds of .308 just from looting the cars, and scavenging off dead bodies in 50 pops. xD

I find .308 ammo all the time at the interact-able crashed vehicles.

DayZ will get to that point later in the beta stage when addition to the game is done. Thus when Beta stages starts they will no doubt change a lot of mechanics / systems in DayZ. It's not hard to understand that.

Have you even looked at the latest roadmap? It's not on there. Plus, I am guessing your reference is off this http://www.dayztv.com/standalone/dayz-standalone-confirmed-features/ which was posted a while ago back when Rocket was still there. It was the FANS that wanted, and spoke about horses not the developers except maybe Eugen or Hicks. Only thing they have mentioned was including companion animals in which they never specified horses.

It's understandable. I like to take breaks from DayZ too. Anyhoot, I wasn't trying to be mean to ya, just that lots of people (not you) like to spread rumors, and make them out as facts. :) I would suggest reading the status reports as they have all the information you are looking for.

Internally in the dev builds it will be late February. Also, there will 100% be a wipe. :P Wouldn't trading be a better word to use? :3 Anyhoot, I have now 485 .308 rounds, 4 Winnies with W / P hunting scopes. Also, a FAL with a mag, Steyr AUG with a 60 round mag. ;)
