M4 is in stable, but not the UMP-45. Hicks and Torchia both have said UMP-45, VSS, and C9 don't spawn.

Well, the only thing you can do is wait. Nothing we say will make the Devs work faster. Plus, if things get rushed we will end up with a shit release game like Arkham Knight or AC: Unity.

M4s and AK101s did spawn in the beginning of .57, but now they are lost in Oblivion.

Because they stopped a lot of cilents being able to use server scripts back like two weeks after they released DayZ Standalone.

People can't "hack" in guns. Also, the M4 does apparently spawn, albeit extremely rare.
