Well, I would like hopefully at least one of the following items: Green Spray-paint (W/P), Winchester, Black M65 (W/P), or lastly Black Cargo Pants (W/P). :D BTW I forgot to mention I even have two repair kits, 1 extra spark plug, and a Gas Canister in the car. :)

I have a Sedan with all pristine / worn parts. Well, at least the parts that make it run. xD Unfortunately, I found the vehicle with only 2 doors. :P

I have a VSS with a mag in it. Also, with 2 extra mags (1 on another character), and 20 extra rounds.

You can't set restart times on your own anymore. All servers restart after 12 hours, and persistence cannot be turned off.

He didn't say it would change, however, the Dev team wanted the wrecked non-interactive vehicles to tell a story. So, they removed the loot. *Shrug* I am hopeful too that they change there mind about this.

Well, I found two of them (one of which I gave to my friend). Anyways, I found them at the civilian houses with stairs leading to one room. x3 I really don't know how to describe them. The room is filled with a bookshelf, 1 stove, fridge, and a small table. Edit: Anyhoot, if you have any more questions it be best to PM them to me.

Honestly, we don't need anything back. We have M4s, SVDs, Winchesters, UMPs, and etc. up the wazoo.

It would probably help if you specify how much netting too.

They won't put loot back in the prison / camo building til they fix / add the player controller. Also, the loot that used to spawn in the wrecked non-interactive vehicles won't be spawning loot anymore. Brian Hicks said so in the latest Pax Prime interview.
