Funny thing, I don't think I've ever fired a Winnie. I under it's a rifle, but never was interested as it uses Slugs such as shot guns.

Well I think Rocket sends a new batch of files with every update to Battle Eye so if there's modified or added files players will be kicked. (Not sure if that's how it works though) it might just force the player to use a really low res setting of it.

I just bought the DLC for HQ Textures, being a Content Creator I felt like I was just investing in something I love.

Yep, I think it's the same mindset of Minecraft. You enjoy learning new things and running into "weird" things, but once you know it all it's just boring to an extent. You're no longer having fun with the game itself, but the people you're playing with.

Do we actually have the files from the game, so I could just re-skin them instead?

Smash_AU just made a thread stating that Pepsi, Coca Cola, Mountain Dew, and Heinz Beans will not be found DayZ. Heinz being the most popular amongst the entire DayZ community we need to need to fight for our rights for Beanz. To help with this issue, please visit the Heinz Beans Facebook Page and post why Heinz Beans should be included in the Stand Alone title. If Heinz sees how big DayZ fan base is, they'll realize it's a great opportunity!

Ah alright, thanks for clearing things up. I remembered when CS:GO was in production Cross Platform was an idea in development but was scraped.

Does anyone know if DayZ does go to console (I'm a strict PC player) would it have like Console/PC integration so you could be playing with someone on Xbox or PS3 while you're on PC?

Um, I assume you're asking like where to place a base or how to make one. -Polona Factory I believe is the name, I find that to be a good place but it's overplayed out now due to Frankie. Any Factory you can find is a good place to hide items/tents. -Towns like Berezino our nice, most public hive players avoid the East coast. But Berezino is usually popular amongst clans on Private Hives. Don't put camps near the coast but also not to far away, I'd recommend somewhere in between Kamenka and Zelengorsk. You usually will not run into trouble near Kamenka, besides someone fighting with you to jump off the bridge first. But you don't want to have to run to Devils Castle to re-gear, that's a lot of time un-equipped and you'll probably have to get some food/drink before going so you don't die.

My buddy Dreamreaver23 was Livestreaming and one of his fans who was on like Day 219 was tracking us down through his Livestream to team up with us, and died. After he met up, it was a fun night filled with hackers and server hopping.

I feel Hero's enjoy the game longer, Bandits get bored of shooting anything that moves and the game gets old quick. EDIT: I'm not a Hero, I guess more Bandit. I kill on sight usually. But I avoid confrontation so I'm usually just a survivor. Although if you have a Mic and you sound like a cool dude, I'll give you a chance.
