Lost NVGs, an M16 ACOG once, not really that big of a deal. Lost an MP5 and M9SD to a server wipe. Lost a military coyote pack once. Got gunned down in a field, but I took 2 of them with me :D Losing your gear is kind of liberating. Start over, you've got nothing to lose anymore.

Tried FaceTrackNoIR, worked smoothly enough but there was no way to zero out the cam and it gets really jumpy. If anyone's got a good setup that's smoother, I wouldn't mind taking a look again... It has to be in just the right place, or you get skewed results. However, the gradient lean is awesome.

Good idea. Can be an additional function of the entrenching tool. I'd also like to see bear bags (hang stuff in trees) and maybe residential/commercial safes?

While the idea is fine, many people feel that it would be better if the player (read: human at the keyboard) was actually the one being scared, impairing their judgement, making it harder to aim, etc.

If you've got room for it, keep it. It takes almost any 9mm ammo (glock, PDW, M9*, MP5*), which is cool. It doesn't do a whole lot of damage, but it isn't too loud and if you just go for headshots it can be useful. Also, the only automatic sidearm, which may be a plus for you. I'm not a fan of the iron-sights, though. I think you mean the M1014, btw. * as well as the SD variants

Melee ought to be possible. It's really just a gun with a different attack (or recoil) animation and an extremely short damage falloff rate. Much in the same way the zeds work.

I'd say 300/600 blood. Better than cans, worse than meat.
