Very chaotic :D Two died to an accidental grenade (let's ban those' date=' k?), one to a sniper. We got the sniper and a thief that ran into the camp. We were in the area for around 3 hours. Things to take away: -We need more organization in our comms channels -We need fewer static guards at the camp, and more mobile ones -We need to make sure everyone understands the ROE -We need to have good trigger discipline and call our shots [i']before we fire

For a trial run it went pretty well, all things considered. I went in expecting all of us to die, though with 16 people there's not too much of a chance of that. Mostly we just gotta figure out communication, discipline, and security. On the topic of the boat, that's a much longer term goal. Once we get the server sorted out (we're looking for something with at least nametags), we can proceed to figure out vehicles. And imagine what it'd be like to walk into a warehouse with 16 guns pointed at you :D

Well, if you want your own custom logo you have to pay :D I just picked something that would be visible and recognizable for now. If we find that the Squad.xml is useful I can go and buy our own logo. It's only like £1, so no big deal.

Alright, put together a Squad.XML for us. We're currently using this image: Unless we find we need something different. You'll be notified as we go around and get people's info.

So instead of something like ... slots = backpack.NumberOfSlots; ... it's ... slots = backpack.NumberOfSlots + vestpack.NumberOfSlots; ... Also, I'd love to be able to store some ammo in a vest pouch. What about making it so a vest pouch gives you 12 slots of main inventory, whereas you start with 6? Or 9/12?

I feel bad for OP. He (/she) makes valid points in a respectful manner. Guess that's the kind of community you get, eh? I had a pair of NVGs once. Made night light as day, and I could see forever. Kinda glad I lost em, they were the kind of overpowered crap that would dull your abilities. I don't think anyone should post unless they've used em before :/

If you follow our rules we'll let you in. It's possible that we could have a tent at the front where anyone with really low humanity (detected via heartbeat) might have to leave their weapons at the door, though that's been discussed as a ground rule for everyone. Depends on how everything goes.

The "Employees" section will cover stuff like insurance and hazard pay, as well as ROF and general stuff our members should be aware of. Nothing compromising, like patrol paths and timing, but general stuff so traders can be aware of how they should act and how they can expect our employees to act, and anyone that wants to join can see a few of our internal rules ahead of time. I'll be getting that together tomorrow. Also wondering if I should post the roster? Might be good to have something where people can see who our people are and know who to trust, or something like that. Quick Edit: Can someone look into the squad.xml stuff? I'm pretty sure we can get a logo on our characters in-game?

Shotgun: Remmington - quiet, same ammo as the M1014, has a flashlight Handguns: Statistically, the M1911. I prefer the M9SD though
