  1. What will be different about it? Will people still be playing the mod version?
  2. Oh right. Just I heard a YouTube commentator saying they cannot wait until ArmA 3 and then the developer for DayZ will do an ArmA 3 version. Hmm, well looks like I'm getting ArmA 2 CO for Days, thanks for all the answers :) Cant wait to get surviving.
  3. Okay, seems I'm getting a few mixed answers, so it seems to be biased on opinion, and in mine, from watching people play this game, I will get it. Money isn't a problem, I have 5 games in my steam account ready to buy along with new PC.
  4. Might get it then to get sme exprerience, as I've never played an BIS game before. Is it really that bad, as in unplayable? @SasaugeKingofChicago, what I was thinking, I'm spending hours just watching people on YouTube playing it. Doesn't seem to be that many hackers for them.
  5. Hello, I'm buying a new PC to run ArmA 2, ArmA 2 OA and DayZ. Should I get that, or wait for ArmA 3 and wait for an ArmA 3 version of DayZ? I said I'm getting a new PC as I will get it in around 2-3 months. Cheers.
  6. :D I hope I do, cant wait to get surviving.
  7. Wow really fast responses thanks, got my answer streight away, and yea, I know about the ArmA 2 engine :P (thanks for the link)
  8. Hello, I am buying a new gaming PC as mine right now is pretty useless, I run ArmA 2 at the lowest possible settings at 8-11 FPS. Just wondering how well this PC will run this game (FPS) and in what settings you would think it could handle. (NO IDEA WHY THE SPECS ARE HIGHLIGHTED) Specifications: Processor (CPU): Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3570 (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache Motherboard: ASUS® P8Z77-V LX: USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs, ATI®CrossFireX Memory (RAM): 8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz Graphics Card (GPU): 2GB AMD RADEON™ HD7870 Memory (Hard Disk)1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm) Power Supply: 600W Quiet 80 PLUS Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan Processor Cooling: SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER Operating System: Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit I'm not asking if it will run it at Maximum settings at 1,000,000,000 FPS. I will be fine at Medium (some high) at 30 FPS. Thanks in advanced.
