I've never felt sick in FPV in Day-Z actually but i guess that's because i don't stay in it all the time. Other FPS games i do sometimes get sick if i play long hours.

I know English might not be your first language as you are missing simple basic points or you are trolling me good.

You do know that Rocket made the choice to have TPV refined and in the game for now don't you ? I don't know how you would miss it in this thread? So if you know what Rockets stance is on this as it's his choice,what are you talking about ? Rocket has the final say as everyone knows already. Rocket gives us a choice, the choice that you don't like

Wow....ok You are saying Rocket is wrong giving players the choice to be a bandit or a hero ? You are saying Rocket is wrong when he gives players the choice to Kos ? You are saying Rocket is dead wrong for letting players choose how they want to play in Day-Z ? We aren't talking about the mod now, we are talking about Day-Z SA, Rocket wants to give players choices of how they play Day-Z.I don't think you will like Day-Z SA as it's really all about the choices you make in the game, and you hate choice with a passion.

I don't think many 3rd person players are against refining TPV, i think both TPV & FPV need refining,Rockets solution (FPV prone/Zoom cam crouch) is a very good compromise and i welcome it. To tell you the honest truth i never used 3rd person view as a exploit in the mod when i was playing,I would really use it for the extremely long runs you would have to go on if you didn't have a car/bike.To see how well i blended into grass and just to look at my character in 3rd person view.I accept that a small minority of people used it in bad ways. But Rocket knows that a refined TPV is worth having in Day-Z SA, and most agree with him. Someone needs to ask Rocket about having equal numbers of regular TPV/FPV servers and FPV only servers.I guarantee you if Rocket had equal numbers of both servers everyone would be happy and this wouldn't be a problem for anyone. Everyone will have a choice.

Hmmm. maybe you guys are misunderstanding me. Day-Z gameplay as made by the devs/rocket is about player choice, in the framework of how the devs/rocket want. You guys understand that when i say player choice, i don't mean we should have the choice to fly like superman in Day-Z or something insane like that right ? I mean we should have the choice at how we play/what we play in the framework of the devs/rocket. I should have made that more clear to you guys. Edit- Just so people know, i'm not for keeping 3rd person as it is in the mod either.I really want rocket to add the prone/first person view and close up crouch cam.And i like playing in 1st person too, i just don't want 3rd person completely gone off the game is all.I totally get your points about 1st person view

I don't think i am fraggle, the players have a choice, Day-Z is about choice.I think you are muddying the water a little here fraggle. Of course we aren't talking about anything crazy like in your reply, we are talking about choice of how you play the game as prescribed by the devs.

Truth is, no FPV only player would care if there were as many of there servers available as there are TPV/FPV servers, i wonder how we can fix that for Day-Z SA.

Whats funny is Day-Z is a game about choice, i can choose to be a bandit, i can choose to be a hero, i can choose not to do either.Whats best for the game is everyone has a choice at how they want to play, it's crazy how some people don't see that. For example Lets say one day Rocket decided he was gonna make it so you can't be a bandit in the game (you would be punished in some way). The Day-Z community would lose their minds, the fact you can't choose what you want to be and do would make people angry and rightfully so.Now apply that same logic to FPV/TPV, the fact you can't choose the way you view the Day-Z world.It really is that simple guys,i think we are making it overly complex.

That's why instead of you arguing to ban TPV in Day-Z-SA, you should be arguing for more FPV only servers with good ping in Day-Z SA.That way you would be happy and i would be happy, and the whole Day-Z community would be happy.We would all have huge smiles on are faces, don't you want that ?

First off, That poll in no way represents the community at large...i think you know that.The real poll will come when the Day-Z SA FPV servers & TPV/FPV servers are up and running, then we will see which one has more people.That's the poll that really matters. Now think about this, if i tell you i want all players to play in TPV only and i want 1st person view completely out of Day-Z, would you say that i was forcing TPV on you and others ? Or would you call that being fair and balanced ?

That's the beauty of being free to choose, you can choose what you want, not what someone else wants for you. Not what Tommes wants for you.This is a game we are talking about Tommes...... Just because you think your way is the right way doesn't mean it's the right way for others.Your right way is the wrong way to me,my right way is the wrong way to you. But i would never think my way is the absolute right way, but I do feel strongly that 1st/3rd person should be a server issue. But if a FPV only player came to me with an excellent point, my mind could change easily as I'm not close minded. Well see that's the thing when the Day-Z community has a choice, they won't go the way Tommes thinks everything should go.They go the way they want to go.So if people like playing on TPV/FPV servers more, then that's what they like. Everyone doesn't want to play Day-Z the way Tommes likes to play.That's why i keep saying to people like you, you shouldn't be arguing about taking away TPV, you should be arguing for more FPV servers so you can always have a server to play on the way you want, since it's your choice to play on a FPV only server. It really is as simple as that.It's a server issue, not a TPV issue imo.It's not our problem if you can't find a "decent server", that's why you should be speaking up for more FPV only servers in DAY-Z SA. It really does baffle me as well. And yes,some of these FPV only people are very selfish I'm sitting here reading all the FPV only comments and even though they know they will have FPV only servers, they just can't get over the fact that other people will be playing third person view on totally different servers and will be happy and having fun.Some FPV only players want it their way or the highway, that's crazy to me.Even Rocket himself had to tell FPV only people on reddit that he doesn't want to get rid of 3rd person totally. If i was one of the super hardcore FPV only players, instead of arguing for complete removal of TPV i would argue for the same amount of FPV servers as there will be TPV servers.For example if there are 10 FPV servers and there are 10 TPV/FPV servers everyone is happy, except the people that want to force a play style on others. It really is that simple, it's not complex or hard to solve at all.It's about server choice guys,we all should have a choice.
