You're creeping through the woods. After a close encounter you're low on ammunition. You head for the tree line. Once there you see an open field and a quite barn in the distance. Assuming loot was to be had you head in. Cautiously you look around. Making sure there were no Zeds or bandits. Peeking into the barn you see a nice CZ on the ground with a nice amount of ammo near it. You bend down to pick it up and notice a note of paper. Thinking of what could be on it. Maybe it was a final word from a survivor fending off the horde. Maybe a lone bandit left it as a trap. Maybe it was a God sent treasure to help you survive another day in hell. You pick up the note and study it. "olololol i fuked ur mum u cunt"

I agree completely. The game requires you to put work in to get something out. But what's the point when a hacker can just spawn what he wants into the game? Not to mention all the other gay shit happenings. Breaking your legs on barbed wire, doors, and zombies. Last time I checked a punch to the face doesn't crack your shins in two. Then there's the fact you have to spend time to get decent gear. Which is fun and I like doing but then you get mowed down by some russian kid who shoots everything he sees as soon as he picks up a gun. It doesn't help some one with an AS50 is willing to waste a round on a newspawn. The game is too buggy to play. For a game that requires you to put so much into it, it's just too buggy. You can loose all of your work with in seconds. Hackers, glitches, randoms. Too much work for no reward. I'll keep playing it and I'll probably buy WarZ and DayZ's full release. But they need to do something with this game before hackers completely fuck everything up.

Have fun with the left over 12 year olds who couldn't handle DayZ. WarZ will be for the carebears.

Because he doesn't know you. He has no clue what you posses on you or where you were heading. He took the shot and moved on. You were a new spawn anyway, so why does it matter?

I hate when this shit happens. Me and my friend had been making our way to some barns outside of Gulgovo. We had noticed some player activity in Gulgovo and decided to stay away from it. On our way to our barn we noticed zeds were spawning in the distance. It had to have been a player. We stop at a tree line overlooking the barn. Low and behold a player comes running across an open field heading towards the barn. I keep on sight while my friends shoots him with the SVD. The shot MISSES and the kid alt + f4s. He didn't even get hit and bailed! So yeah, that will happen a lot. That kid you almost (should have) killed was probably really bad. And at the first sign of trouble he alt + f4s so he can keep his gear.

Lol. You can't compare DayZ to WARZ. WARZ will end up a cod zombie shooter and cater to the carebears. DayZ is still in alpha. Give it some time.

I recently went to Green Mountain. Not knowing what it was and assuming there was loot to be had I took it on. I logged off to take a break and at that point I was next to the radio tower about to move in. I came to these forums for the first time in my break and learned of what it was. I thought it was cool DayZ had it's own herobrine. I logged on to take it on hoping for a nice story and some loot to come back with. Hindsight, that was an awful idea. I came out with all my ammo wasted, 4k blood, and a nice little concussion a Zed from behind decided to give me. I came out alive only to have spawned into a thunder dome. Uneventful but at least now I know. Never fucking go to Green Mountain.
