    I almost always go low-drag. I prefer the improvised backpack over most other packs anyway. And mil-spec gear only makes you look more like a bandit.

    Ha! Funny thing about that, is once I woke up I bandaged myself and ran off. I linked up with some friends and got a saline bag. And two fire fights later, I'm still alive on this Character.

    Again, not mad that I was killed. Confused he chose to simply not loot me or my friend. Yeah, I would understand using a Hemingway quote to describe Soldiers in the hell that is war. But I wouldn't use it to describe shithead kids shooting each other in DayZ.

    I guess I am lucky. I was looking to die but at least go down with a fight. And we went to the Grocery Store because my friend said he seen the bastard run in there. But the server was ass so it was probably an "unknown entity" doing it's running thing. ^dis guyyy

    SKS and a Magnum. I don't like the M4 all that much. And the Mosin is better with the LRS, which is hard as hell to find.

    Option A or just use Third Person. I have a hard time playing in First Person due to how twitchy it feels. If that makes sense.

    It's the last ladder on the roof that always gets me. I usually go there out of boredom. This character has lived forever and I figured I might as well keep going. I started keeping a journal written on paper. I just hope whoever kills me finally at least reads them. lol

    Not to down OP or anything, but this idea has "Fucked" written all over it. No one in their right minds would "camouflage" while under fire from a Sniper. So, if this idea was put in action, the only people using it would be KOS groups who will be "camouflaging" near by to roads and the coast, shooting people who walk by and laughing at them for not knowing where it's coming from. I'd rather see Bohemia go ahead and fix the current core mechanics of the game. Just my 2 cents.

    I agree with OP, actually. They knew the game was hardly playable, but instead of waiting they shoved it out into the market. The only reason it's doing so well on sales is because the concept. It's what everyone has ever wanted. Actually, Day Z is standing proof that if Developers would get out of the "FPS is best" comfort zone, they can make a lot of money on ideas. Sadly, the execution is so far pretty bad. I still love the game and will continue to play it. But OP is right. Screaming "ALPHA" at these sorts of people doesn't make them any less correct.

    I always enjoy visiting Green Mountain. Maybe it's the story that comes with it, but if someone asked for a site to see I'd point them to Green Mountain.
