    Every time you kill a survivor your humanity will go down and the lower it goes, you will start hearing things that isn't there or maybe hallucinations. Another way to lower your humanity is cannibalism. When your humanity is low, you will start to lose hair, torn clothing and become more pale? Also i heard someone mentioned a blood debuff, which means whenever you loot a survivor, you will have blood all over you, which makes zombies detect you more easier. Eating someone will make the debuff longer (at least you're not hungry anymore)
