Is there anyway to suicide? I can't respawn and there seems to be no way to have multiple characters at the time..suggestions?

I don't know about the whole haunted thing....but after crawling under the cement due to the fact that the gate was covered in 5-6 different strands of barbed wire I rummuged around a little bit, didn't find anything but bodies kept spawning in front of me every step I took.....and after coming back from being windowed to change my music my screen went gray, heard the sound of zeds getting shot and I was teleported to NW airfield in a bush...I'm scared now.
