It would be bad if anyone had died ;) These videos are just a clan having fun organizing assaults and nothing more. Hell, part of me posting this is to see if we cant get another large group of people to organzie againt us like we had on our server previously.

I keep saying it over and over again because apparently it is hard for you to understand what I am saying. I'll outline it for you: 1. You can start and stop scripts- being on other servers means nothing. 2. BE flagged it- we banned. 3. It wasn't script #37 like you claim, it was "auto-aim." 4. YOU WILL NOT BE UNBANNED. Go script some other server. 5. There are players on who kill our clan members multiple times; they have not been banned. Like I said, we have the right to defend ourselves against suspected scripters.

Well like I stated, it was either gotcha or BE and we simply followed suit- saying you can get into other servers means nothing to me as someone can simply turn something on and off and decide when to use something or not. The simple fact is, we do not just ban people without a reason. We have a high populated server every single day and almost every single day we get some script kid on there causing issues. So any server owner can understand that we would rather not take a chance by letting people on who have been flagged by an anti-cheat utility. We own the server and do not want hackers messing everything up every single day when people on our server spend countless hours acquiring things only to be teleported, auto-aim killed, vehicles teleported and wrecked, buildings destroyed, or one of the other stupid issues. We own the server and have the RIGHT to ban people we suspect. We have the right to defend our server. Your ban will not be lifted nor any of the other suspicious people. You can try to flame us all you want, but people will still come to our server regardless of what you or anyone else says. Get over it.

Like I stated in the other thread, something was auto-kicking you for auto-aim and we followed suit. Given the fact that you are acting as you are, I will not dignify your lengthy response as one needing and response back other than what has already been stated.

Whatever the case, something was happening to auto-kick players for auto-aim and we merely followed suit.

Ill say it again: -Servers have logs -Servers have anti-hack utilities installed -Server anti-hack utilities register and flag any suspected hacks and/or blantant hacks -Servers track every single action that happens -The server registered that you and your friends along with a player named JOK3R were using auto-aim hacks -The server's gotcha anti-hack KICKED YOU OFF without us doing anything while registering auto-aiming -After the server itself kicked you, we banned you -This is a privately owned server and we can ban players who we suspect are hacking -Even if we removed the ban gotcha would continue to kick you for that script.

The fact of the matter is simple: -The server logged actions that were ban worthy. -The anti-cheat utilities kicked several players, not just Yakov, for the same script restriction with the words explicitly stated: "Auto-Aim." -Thus they were all issued bans. I fail to see how anyone cannot understand this. It is a private server, we have paid for it, and we are allowed to defend ourselves against would-be hackers. Even if we removed the ban gotcha would continue to kick you for that script.

Why the hell do you disconnect every time a chopper or someone is onto your position Vince?

You tried the same things yesterday. It is good to know what kind of player you are and good for the rest of the community to know as well. You will be unbanned, but just so we can make your life a living hell on our server over and over again.

20+ players on our server for the past few weeks. Good fun!

The fact is that Frankie is not the admin/owner of the server. However, there are multiple admins who have access to DART in the event one of the main admins are not on. Usually a ban has a good reason for it to happen but it could have been done in error. We had a major incident with hacking one night so a lot of people happened to get banned as a result. All that your friends or any other player would have to do is just request to be unbanned and they would be unbanned.

So much fun!
