    I like the idea of losing limbs due to explosions, gunshots, being run over by a car, etc. But sewing them back on? Maybe if you had a certain time period you must preform the operation in with the right medical supplies (Morphine, anti-biotics, LOTS OF BANDAGES).

    I would love to see this implemented in the game. It allows so many other possibilities of game-play. My favorite would definitely be the headhunt.

    Melee system

    I'm a M&B/C-RPG junkie so I would love this system... IF it didn't require a hard time implementing it to the current game. Melee combat is rare, but I'm sure it would be more frequent with a better melee system and weapons.
