Any sort of European based bandit extermination clan?

I have a working mic, skype, experience with Arma 2 and a desire to remove pricks that kill unarmed survivors for fun. I don't care how brutal your strategy for dealing with bandits is, i'm up for it. Maybe some clan that secures towns, rids them of bandits, goes out to gather supplies and help survivors (Yes, a fairy tale, I know) I got killed a couple of times today, loosing pretty decent gear to people who kill for fun. Or anyone with ideas as how to establish such a group, is also welcome, I have a friend and maybe a couple of other guys that are up for it.
