full items as in watch gps maps compass night vision distance finder. the sniper and like 7 cartridges... the best backpack u can get.. pistol yea...... and his backpack was empty..

Hi, I spawned into a server today and to my surprise, I found a guy witha sniper crawling beneath me. got scared and shot him to death. when i searched he had full items and a sniper and civilian clothing in his inventory. and his dead body had camo on. I do not remember what the sniper was as i was in a hurry to leave the server. would this be most likely a hacker?
