I accidentally fell down stairs while looting a barn. After I woke up, I can't hear zombies' noise and footstep. I can still hear the scary music though. So am I deaf now or wat? Is there a way to hear those sounds again?

just dont login to servers that doesnt have to same version as yours. Otherwise it will cause the infinte loading screen. If you close the game when there is a infinite loading screen, it will spwan you back to the coasts -
