I like the idea, although duping could be an issue with it, alpha is more for testing conepts while beta is for bug fixes.

Maybe have to be used in combo with something soft and bandage like for a bandage, would be fantasic if item durability is brought in and it can be used to patch things up.

I'd buy a collectors edition, as long as I can get any physical contents of it shippied to Australia without paying through my arse in costs, in-game items would have to be carefully handled if implanted, maybe have an option of turning your secondary weapon into a golden colour or something (still not too fussed on the idea for guns, clothes might work but would still feel iffy to me)

I don't think this would improve on the game, for it to be realistic it would have to use stats from real life blood types, it could have a system where each blood type could only recive that blood but that isn't any more realistic than the system that is in place.

I had that happen after a game crash in a vehicle, I fixed it by equiping my flashlight (removing from toolbelt). -
How come a small amt. of servers have global chat now?

There are servers that are discounted from the HIVE (run their own character database) that have server wide chat enabled.
