    theres 3 people in a hospital room. one has flesh eating virus one has ebola one has vCJD they each are getting a shot by 3 different doctors. after one doctor slips after giving one of them a shot, his needle slashes all of the people enough to transfer the virus to each of them. lastly, after triple contaminating the needle, he stabs himself.and a zombie virus is emerged. shortly after the entire hospital becomes slowly infected...
