QFT. The main problem I have with no private hives, No this no that etc. is that at least in the mod ROCKET ISNT PAYING FOR THE SERVERS. YOU ARENT PAYING FOR THE SERVERS. THE CLANS AND DONORS ARE. If the business model for SA with have Individuals and clans again PAYING FOR THE SERVERS then you MUST ALLOW -Kick to make room for owners/members/doners. -kick for MERE SUSPICION OF SCRIPTING. If im paying I SET THE STANDARD OF PROOF FOR KICKING/BANNING FROM MY SERVER. PERIOD. I was an admin on an "Offical" server for some time and you don't know how much pure HELL it was when it was so obvious the it was this person or that but without it coming up in logs your hands being tied per the hosting agreement. UTTER BS. ROCKET PAY THE BILL OR ROCKET MAKES NO RULES. I do how ever have no problem with the exceedingly exploitable "tools" that allow you to spawn or teleport your self on the fly being removed.

if at all possible group with people you meet via friends or out-of-game. I would only consider meeting/teaming with someone I met via side or direct in game as a last resort, And probably betray them for a bit of good kit given the opportunity. don't think the average player wouldn't do the same to you.

Give DRB a Look we're PvP Focused but not extremely serious or hardcore. Most of ours are 20+ and we have a Zero tolerance policy for drama and ego tripping. DRB's community supports several other games and cares more about our members playing together and having a good laugh then skill level.

As for the maturity thing? depends on what you define as mature. a lot of our members are 20+ but give us a few beers and TS is full of the most generic vulgar and obscene jokes possible only funny if your drunk or under 10 lol. That said we do get our act together for a few minutes when bullets start flying.

Like I said- have the Developer/Publisher host the servers then. If you cant have any benefit from Owning/hosting it then thiers no reason too. Take my ****ing 60$ sell me a a finshed product and you rocket, pay for the servers out of your proceeds. If im not garuenteed the 100% right to kick a player to make room to play on a server IM PAYING FOR, im not gona host one. futher more I wont donate to any server that doesn't offer slot/kick for doners. and encourage all members of my clan and others to do the same. either dayZ devs host the servers on their own dime or let those paying make the rules. period.

Its all good im a dirty rotten KOS everyone I meet type that is generally hated around here... at the very least it will be fun for all involved, I love me a good clan feud ;) also consider this a friendly bump seeing as nothing I do in game will be "friendly" ;)

every one loves to QQ about 1hks in every game/sim that has one. SOME **** SHOULD 1HK YOU. It shouldn't be removed or nerfed because some people get bumhurt easily. qq more, grow a pair and get back out there.

I would love them back for one. However they need to fix the easily exploitable saving system that makes duping so prevalent. Extreme High-End military gear SHOULD exist. ther are MILITARY COMPOUNDS on chenarus (NWAF is clearly a Mil instillation, not a civie airport). However for a weapon to be balanced by rarity requires that duping be FIXED. Im sorry but I really feel like a lot of design decisions/changes were done as a "Quick fix" rather then fixing the issue that lead to them becoming a problem. Also let the cry babies whine whine whine. snipers should be 1hk even without a headshot. deal with it.

as a troll and a griefer I would like a bomber backpack. Basicly a large backpack full of C4 and improvised shrapnel about as powerful as 2-3 satchels that I could run into a camped building and take it down all jihad style :)

check out DRB. Were a Not-So-Serious clan that has just come back to Vanilla with 1.8. TeamSpeak is always NSFW and frequently occupied by crude/obscene drunks in the 20-30 age range. as aweful as it sounds we really do enjoy ruining someones day who just got an awesome piece of gear only to get shot/sniped for lulz. Were generally crude, and enjoy making nubs rage after we kill them for their sweet gear. Camping, trolling, and baiting are just a way of life :)

Bottom line is unless rocket/BIS are going to eat the full tab for hosting every server the communities and individuals paying for servers need to be able to 1. Provide things such as VIP slots, kick for donors, etc. THEY PAID FOR THAT SERVER BEING THERE. NOT JONNY PUBMASTER. GET OVER IT. QQ MORE. 2. Run 3rd party Logging/Detection/antihack software on the server. 3. Choose dedi box provider of THIER CHOOSING and install the game/mod. not a selected "hosting partner" who will no doubt have inflated rates. 4. ban on suspicion. heres the bottom line- That clan/person/community is paying good money and ALOT OF IT for that dedicated server and all of its DayZ instances to keep running. they should be able to foster an environment of THIER DESIGN AND CHOOSING. seriously all of you people who constantly QQ need to get over it. THIER MONEY. THIER SERVER. THIER PLAY GROUND. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DE-POPULATE IT BY LEAVING AND LET IT DIE.

What I was saying is that if you got the opportunity to "shoot to kill" the guy who shot at you first, he is a lousy bandit/lousy shot.

As I said in your other thread, we focus primarily on PvP in vanilla right now (1.8) we do work as a team when raiding/farming loot/baiting victims/etc but when just chillin in a campin spot expect TS to turn to crude and obscene jokes of the worst variety.
