dx 10 or 11 will be in later improving upon all this lighting stuff. Pretty sure they said that it would be done after the new engine implimentation.

Everyone would have to do it. I don't understand why you're reloading your gun through your inventory anyways. There are many other ways of doing it. Perhaps they would implement a speedloader for the mosin as well.
