A good rule of thumb is, if you think it's hacked, and can't find it on Dayz Wiki or DayZ Database, then don't use or carry it. You may be banned/kicked by admins if you don't.

So the acronym SS has forever been labeled taboo and can't ever be used? Sorry, but that's silly. Banning someone with SS in their name is admin abuse. They could simply like boats.

The opposite is true. The Bizon has the same damage per bullet and shoots faster.

These 2 are the same, and you missed another pro. It shoots REALLY FAST with MINIMAL RECOIL. While it has low damage per bullet, you can go full-auto at close range and blow an an enemy away very effectively. With big mags, you can do this to multiple enemies w/o reloading. It's a very good spray and pray weapon (with not a lot of praying at < 100m). It's also much quieter than the M4A1 CCO SD which is it's best silent competition. While I prefer the CCO SD, the Bizon is a solid alternative. There's also one more con about this weapon you missed. Massive muzzle flash. At night, it's very bright, brighter than most other guns. However this is only a problem if someone's already looking in that direction or knows your general location at night. It's a very unique gun specialized for exactly what the video described. It's not a bad gun at all, in fact it's rather good, it's just not for Player killing unless you're trying to pick off a player without alerting others. It's biggest drawback will be lack of ammo when the ammo fix comes.

I have an M249 SAW, 2 belts of ammunition, some friends, and a map that tells me where Green Mountain is. If only I had the creative initiative to figure out how it all fits together...

It's frightening. The quickest zombie spawner on the map, not to mention glitches and a high risk of other curious survivors. Plus there's a random chance that 'it' happens...

Something missing from this post: Why the hell were you shooting them to begin with? If you had a makarov and they were 'geared', that screams that you shot first.

I had a Bizon-SD as my main, and put it in my tent. I then took out my M4A1-CCO-SD from my tent into my hands. I saved the tent and logged out. I realized I forgot to do something so I logged back in and I have a Bizon in my hands still. Check the tent and there's a Bizon in my tent and no M4A1-CCO-SD. WTF?

You don't go inland w/o a knife/matches/hatchet. Complaining about lack of food in an area you were unprepared to go into is silly. There's plenty of food when you can hunt and the game was designed so that you can get everything you need to hunt early if you take the time to do so.

No, you can still play the Mod that is DayZ. If it's a hard concept for you to grasp, think of the stand alone as DayZ 2.

If you think this, you highly over-estimate the patience of Bandit snipers. The majority of people won't ever read this thread, both bandits and survivors, thus even the bandits that do, wont find enough survivors on this rout to make it a better douchebag sniping spot than the big cities.
