You have to be at 200ft, and the entire crew (aside from the pilot) have to select "eject", not to be confused with "get out". Then while falling you press P to deploy. :thumbsup:

Its hard living in a world where you can trust no one, but that's what this game is. Maybe it speaks to how real life works, but until the plague we'll never know :P Personally, unless I'm skyping with you, you're dead. Plain and simple. You know this is a good game when awesome weapons and vehicles don't spawn right next to you when you start playing, and aren't handed to you at designated checkpoints on a rail system.

If we're really trying to stick to realism then definitely. I personally would like to be able to chop any form of wood with my axe, be it a farmhouse wall or a support beam for a deer stand. Although in this game and with this community, I fear Chernarus would end up as a gigantic timber pile. :lol:

When I approached the airstrip above Balota, I thought there were only two other players on the server. As i climbed the steps of the AC Tower, I heard the buzzing of flies. When I saw the standing man in the middle of the room, I thought, "Oh, just another glitched corpse", and proceeded to take the AK from the Alice Pack. When the corpse turned and looked at me, I did in fact panic and fired my gun at you. I apologize for robbing you and undoubtedly forcing you to kill me. I'm lying across the road in a deer stand unconscious, if you want another shot at me. but all in all what I'm saying is, my bad. Have a nice day.

A major problem I see on this forum is feeding the trolls. Stop giving them beans and they die of starvation like the rest of us.

Apache, I read through it and you do actually have some good ideas that I agree with. "should be able to carry water in jerrycans,seasons such as winter were the player has a chance of catching hypothermia unless he finds hoodies parkas or blankets" The animals thing and other stuff. But as brazen as the others are being, they're correct. Restructure the wall into an actual paragraph. Maybe even just put a number next to each suggestion? I can almost guarantee more responses and more beans! :beans:

Thanks for the update Rocket. The fact that there are game devs out there designing for the fun and not the almighty dollar is refreshing. The hardest thing I find about posting in the forums is that a good number of posts turn into flame wars, and maneuvering around that to have an actual discussion is difficult. That being said, I'm sure a number of you are aware of how long it takes to develop and launch a game. The alpha model has basically brought players into the devs world, which gives us a taste of the step by step process of getting it built. We should see it as a gift that we're included, but many don't have the patience for it. You answer our questions. You take our input seriously. You're the head designer and most active member of our community. Thank you for existing Rocket. :beans:

The vast group of people wanting a safe zone feature (which I'm not apart of, actually) Would undoubtedly be quite happy. So yes, gay as fuck :thumbsup:

Don't take it too hard or be dissuaded dude. The other night I spent literally 3 hours running between towns to fix a van, finally get it to run, park it in the woods, only to find the next day the server is locked out. Keep on keeping on.

Sometimes exploits become features in one form or another. The topic of a safe zone feature has been discussed. (This is a user input aided Alpha after all)
