I never understand why people care so much about their stuff, if you don't want someone to steal it stay logged in there playing 24 hours a day. Part of this game is wandering around and having a chance meeting with some poor survivor's base and they are not there maybe because they are raiding a town or just asleep. At the end of the day, if you don't want to lose it keep it on your person when you log out. Razor wire should never be that hard to get past if you have a tool box as you would just open it up and grab some handy and small wire cutters, snip snip i am stealing your stuff :) Having seen the map from an aerial view tents are not hidden very well, tent bases and vehicles are easily spotted from a helicopter barbed wire just makes it easier as someone in the group will probably start artifacting like a boss and we just fly that way. XX Styles (loves robbing other peoples stuff, so much easier than looking for crashed heli's and going to the NWAF)

I was thinking much the same, also maybe a play dead animation for prone kinda like the drop gun works on standing and crouched to lower your gun and also takes a little time to get aim again, would be a nice way to trick those pesky bandits into thinking you are dead (if you play on a hardcore server with no death messages ofc).

Unfortunately i managed to reproduce this bug in Vanilla ARMA2, with the M107 TWS and a rangefinder
