They really should lock brightness and gamma, because boosting both to see at night is cheating. Plus it's so much fun to have a flash light shiny, you hear a growl turn and see a zed a foot away from you just staring you down. Gives it a great scary facter because it forces you to use your hearing a lot which makes it really interesting. Also i think that trick should get you kicked from a server.

thats not to bad, i've just a few miles over that distance with a 40 ound pack and felt fine but I didn't have bacon. But i know there are people that do carry a pack of bacon with them into the woods. And it's not a bad idea either since it contains fat which is good and calories also good and protein also good. Personially thou I think mre's and freeze dried foods are better because they are a more realistic option, thou for both of those I think you have to have a bottle of water since both in real require water. unless you want a cold mre or crunchy freeze dried food of course.

So I was playing on a server during night and got into the barracks only to get around 20 shoots fired at me, luckily they all missed some how. Now I took cover in the bathroom and guy with what i think was an m4 was in the hallway, we both killed to kill each other with grenades he failed at it and so did I (twice), and I even tried peeking around the cover to shoot he always saw me first and missed thanks to the magic bench and door. Than the fun started, because I grab an Ipad went to youtube and for like 50 minutes I was blasting barney the dinosuar and others songs over direct chat, and I do mean like 50 minutes because I could here him eating and drinking and moving around also we would try to shoot each other well *i love you, you love me* was playing. Sadly thou I lost connection and returned to find him gone. Lucky as i got out of the barracks and looked back I saw a flare go off by it, In which I took up position by those downed trees and told the person inside to come out and drop food and drink, or else I'd kill them and spam barney music. I think they dced because after 10 minutes I couldn't see them anymore nor hear them. Pretty much anytime I get in a stand off with people I just start playing annoying music over direct chat to hide the sound of me moving and also drive them mad. So if you hear Barney the dinosuar playing odds are I'm near by and out to mug you, or knock you out with a smoke grenade and than pick pocket from your backpack. Anyways what do you guys do you drive people mad or annoy them in situations where you can't really shoot them, but they can't really get away either.

A barn would be best for this, one inland with a mix of open space and forest near it. Now if you could lock down that small air strip with the 2 hangers and tower that place would be pretty good. Since it allows for supplies to be easily obtained and the tower can be easily fortified into a bunker almost, but that would require a lot of wire and sandbags. The hangers are good to because of there ease to secure and lock down. Now you also have that little army outpost near this airstrip, it's already wired up pretty well just a few more sets and you could have only one way in and out from it. you also have a lot of buildings to and guard towers. But remember the place has to provide protection, supplies, and be defensible.

I bought this game just for this mod, because it very interesting. It almost reminds me of Eve-Online but in FPS form with zombies. But the children will always show up, they always do. Also avoiding murderers is very easy just, avoid the coast and airfields. Since those places are always full of them.

For me i don't mind bandits note bandits, because if you come at me with 2 people and tell me to drop my gear, ok cool i'm fine with that. But when you just open fire an kill everyone you see, that does ruin the entire game. Because then it's turned into those pos games like COD or BF3. Also killing people has no satisfaction because thats just easy, but forcing someone to drop their gear and give up there weapons and/or ammo thats hard and thus very fun. Plus lets face it what is more entertaining knowing you sent a person out into the world with nothing to defend themselves with, or knowing they'll just respawn soon with gear again.

Personially I don't care much about this problem, because I have only seen one real bandit and the rest who call themselves bandit instead act like mass murders, which really does ruin the gameplay since the only option is get shot dead. So it comes down to why should the victim be a victim if the bandits can't be bandits. but note i don't alt+f4 out because hell dieing sets me back like what 2 minutes, because lets face it finding good gear is pretty damn easy if you not an idiot.
