Hey guys I am a YouTuber and have been trying to record some DayZ all day; My fps is as low as 10-25 and I find this unplayable, I have even tried putting all the settings on low, this only gives a slight improvement of about 5-10 more fps. And this is even before I start recording. I have tried playing the single player and I max out at 60fps on very high settings. I also experience a lot of texture pop-in on the DayZ mod. Basically my PC seems to not like the mod and I am not sure why, has anyone had similar problems to this, does anyone know a fix? My basic specs are below. CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz RAM - 4gb DDR3 GFX - GTX460 SE I can also upload a video showing how bad it is, and the differences between SP and Dayz if needed. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I also think that human interaction is the best thing about DayZ. Also, do you mind posting your sources about the new views system, I would like to read about it myself.

Yeah, the immersion breaker at the start is hard to avoid. It would be pretty strange if I just ignored them. The cross-fades are a good idea, but it does make it feel more like a highlight video rather than a "lets play". I think I will defo swap to doing cross-fades anyway, thanks for the input.

Anyone else have some tips on improving my videos?

Hey guys, I'm an active YouTuber and have wanted to make DayZ videos for some time, the problem I had with this is that the game is very slow paced and I feel it could get quite boring to watch. I feel that I have fixed this problem by speeding up the "boring" sections where I am travelling from to place to place by 4x. I think this has made a massive improvement to my videos. I have decided to play some DayZ for our YouTube channel and thought I should let you guys know. Great mod, great game, great community.
