also the zombies are pussies, so if you took away the KOS element there'd be no point in stealthing around focused and unseen which is kinda the point of the game in the first place. no KOS = no DayZ as it is intended

"KOS" has been happening since the early patches of the mod itself, i'm kind of surprised that people _still_ go on about it as if it's something that will ever stop. Get used to it or stop playing, you're doing nothing but wasting time suggesting how to stop it or likewise.

so i was just thinking - partly because i've had a few drinks - there are some things that would see my certain downfall after a couple of years of zombie apocalypse. i'm not squeamish in any way so i'd have no trouble smashing the skulls open of any zombie or bandit that came at me, my downfall would be a much more personally instigated thing. after a coule of weeks of the major power grid be off the supply of danish blue cheese would be non-existant, after a couple of months the local supply of guinness would be dry and after a year or so the lack of being able to listen to my record collection would bum me out to the point of turning my G17 on myself - i would die to my own hands, scornful and tired at the lack of blue cheese, stout and vinyl. what would be yous guyses reasons for downfall? barring the obvious few dying to real life KoS

the fact that people still make topics about this shows how obvious it is that it isn't going to 'stop' or be 'prevented' or even hindered, it's been going on for long enough that most have just accepted it now - those that haven't accepted it need to either do so or just give up on the game because it is going to happen whether you agree with it or not. i personally don't like it but i recognise that there's nothing that can be done about it and that if i can't deal with it i should just not play.

anyone that bought this game has seen the notice at least once stating very clearly not to buy this game if you're expecting anything more than early access testing and Christmas/new year holidays come as standard to most professions and companies. taking these two points into account, pretty much no one has a right to whinge. people need to smoke a joint, calm the fuck down and if needs be do something else until the alpha phase is somewhat further through.

£20/$30 really isn't much money at all, if someone considers it a lot of money then I imagine that due to their budget I would recommend they save it for/spend it on necessities, not early access to a computer game that's in its very first stage of public release. +beans OP

there's no reason you can't already do it really, just without geocache containers. you could hide some stuff and give server details and GPS coords of where the item/items is/are hidden - you will of course need a GPS which afaik hasn't been put into SA yet

I found one the other day but I didn't pick it up, my figuring was the only use is to put over a kidnap victims head and I was playing solo so wasn't bothering to try kidnaps. if you have found it, what did you do with it? some successful banditry I hope?
