i havnt seen any duping for a long time? How are they doing it now? I enjoy finding my own stuff. i left the mod due to the tent duping on server resets

This group of clowns will never get it running on PS4. Sony will not allow anyone to publish a game with as many problems as DayZ has/had will always have...

Maybe you can do us a favour and figure out why when i push 1, 2 or 3 or what ever my player doesnt get out that item... or why sometimes i can run and get my axe out and sometimes i stop and wait for the Z to bash me. This bug has been a feature of the game since early mod days and has to be one of the most annoying except the loot wipe when logged in bug which makes me rage quit for months at a time.

This is stupidty being added in to the game. The mod was better. Zombie Hordes and machine guns with Ghillie suits. REALITY SUCKS. If i wanted reality id join the army and get paid for this crap

Its just a badly designed game based on a badly designed engine. Its a big job to fix all the wrongs in Arma2 and Dayz.

As much as i have enjoyed playing Dayz since the Mod.... The same shit seems to be going on here that caused me to quit the mod. Wiped characters when you suddenly log on and your back on the beach. You have lost everything. Again.... Players hiding inside walls inside the police stations killing people. You have no idea who and no way to report them since this stupid game does not tell you who killed you and has no global chat. Item duping.... sigh Features that get added that no one ever wanted and ones that are wanted never get added, You spent a year making the map have more lootable houses and the game is no better for it. There are no flash points and you can run for hours and never see anyone. You added all this extra loot which is useless and stuff is still being added while other things remain useless and broken. You seem unable to add a feature and not break 2 others. I never thought the Zombies could get any worse than the mod, but well done you managed it. Oh and they arent even dangerous. this is why the whole game is KOS. The game feels so clunky and unreponsive its like playing on a 56k dial up connection. i swear i can press a number 5 times before a gun actually comes out. Dont get me started on using stairs in this game.... or ladders. Or moving in general i feel like a suffer from some kind of disease that makes me move like a cripple. I see you still havnt worked out how to stop people from clipping through walls. 2 years later.... Seriously? Now i see you have decided to quit the game at the end of the year. Given how little you have moved the game forward since the mod i expect it still to be firmly in Alpha by the time you leave. But given you have 1.5m peoples money i guess who cares if the game stays in the condition it is currently. Then again Bohemia are very famous for half finished products and broken games that never get fixed. It will be a miracle if this game ever gets released as a stable finished version.

Fanboys with videos. Thats original. This game has had serious issues that never seem to be fixed and the same is true from the mod. I played the mod for months while thing just stayed broken and were promised to be fixed. This feels the same.

You are obviously thick. Minimum settings so people cant cheat with low end graphics. I have a 780 GTX SLI and 4.5ghz 4770k. You clearly have no idea what PC i have.

I paid 18 GBP for Skyrim on launch day and that was near enough perfect compared to this game. I paid 12GBP for BF4 3 months after launch and it actually works compared to this. i paid 29.99 for Crysis 3 and it was awesome. Im sorry but its its current state this game isnt worth 5 GBP. at 5 GBP its worth a punt but we have paid FULL PRICE for a game that i dont think will ever be what we want it to be.

If they had made a stable version of the mod without the bugs and hackers then id be happy. Instead we have new features and nothing worth the time spent to make them. Its a different game completely. Its Day. since there are are no Zeds

How closely do i have to follow it? I played the Mod and quit cus i was sick of the game breaking bugs. i waited 3 months for the SA which never came out. 15 months later we have a load of new features and none of the best old ones.... Camps. Cars.. and Zombies? Now we have a useless blood system and bike helmets.. yes we all wanted helmets... Oh and dont forget the useless damage system.... and inaccurate guns. We have no persistent server features which make a server worth playing. Basically the whole DayZ story has changed into something else. Its rockets sand pit and he wants to make this and that.... Does anyone seriously fucking care about blood types? I just wanted to heal so i could return to the battle... not worry about A- blood or catching the shits from water. This is as dumb as Far Cry 2's Maleria infection BS. Rocket is a Salesman and we have all been duped into buying into his vaporware idea that will be Alpha for years if not forever/..

The Mod was an Alpha. Now the SA is an Alpha. Remember when Rocket said the SA would be out within 3 months..... 15 months later it comes out with less features than the mod and 10 zombies per map... Seriously...

You must have serious issues if you could put up with the duping and hacking on the Mod for 800 hours. Also wiping did happen on the mod and so did vanishing guns and backpacks and so on and on and on. Oh and teleporting back to the coast. hmmmm Sounds familiar..... dejavu again. Oh but its ALPHA!. Yes 2 years later its still ALPHA. This game wont be beta for 3 years. By that time the team will be bored and moved on to other projects now they have made their money.

People were shouting Alpha Alpha 2 years ago. and Guess what... its still Alpha. The SA vs the mod has even gone backwards. I think the issue here is that Rocket had a good idea but lacked everything else needed to pull it off. Im not sure Bohemia and the team are going to deliver on their promises. Im having serious Dejavu from the time i spent playing the Mod.

I have to say Rocket.... When i read your reddit about adding this system in to the game i thought it was a stupid idea then... after playing the game for 48 hours i have confirmed that it was a stupid idea and i was right all along. At best id hoped it was a later stage change that wouldnt affect the alpha but out of all the cool parts of the mod that you could have added such as vehicles, hunting and camps.... noooo you had to add this shit first. After spending 2 days collecting all my stuff i get shot once or twice and manage to get away without to much damage. i then go to fire my weapon and click click... its broken and name is red in top corner. I pull out my Pistol and Click click... thats dead too.... and my Magnum??? You guessed it... Its fucked too!. Oh and both my jacket and vest and back pack and 90% of stuff inside is ruined also!. Oh and basically PVP is dead now because looting people is pointless because all their shit is ruined too. its basically just murder for fun... I shot someone in the head and all his gear was ruined too.... This game has become a chore to play. Its not fun when you log out with a perfectly working Mosin and log back into to find it no longer fires... (my friend) Seriously whats the point... The gun is now useless. Total BS. There are WW2 guns that work perfectly after 60 years and seen combat many times. A jacket is not ruined by a bullet hole! Oh and dont get me started on blood types ffs. Rant over.

Basically the Arma engine and the coding of this game cannot handle any kind of complex damage system yet. fuck sake it cant even make a zombie walk around a wall or fence. It should be mothballed until the fun aspects of the game are actually implemented... you know the stuff that was actually in Dayz Mod? It feels to me that dayz is just a sandbox for Rocket to have a play about using other peoples money. Camps, Hunting, cooking, Vehicles, Guns, Ammo, All stuff that people liked in the mod.. GHILLIES! All missing... Fuck me even the zombies are missing. walking through cherno is no more danagerous than walking in london now. You just have to worry about some twat with a knife or axe wanting your can opener. Basically they took out all the fun and replaced it with about 500,000 x$30 worth of funding to have a mess about on our money since bohemia obviously didnt want to fund it out their pockets any more.

Rocket. Please can you force a good level of Trees and Grass in the standalone. In the Mod everyone plays with no trees and grass coverage to get a tactical advantage. I know of players playing with 2560x1600 with minimum coverage on a GTX Titan. This is a joke. No player should be able to reduce graphics to gain tactical advantages. Please force a high level of coverage to provide cover for players hiding and scouting. For all the cry babies out there who will say their rig isnt powerful enough then they can choose to reduce the resolution to 1280x786 or something. This will be their trade off. They will lose resolution rather than cut down the coverage to gain FPS. I have seen people go as far as deleting Trees and Grass from their system folder to gain tactical advantages to see tents and vehicles and players who are hiding from bandits. Please do not let this happen.

AMD quad or hex core 4ghz and a 7870 2GB is easily enough and really cheap.
