I couldn't care less about Reddit karma. What does that get me? Some e-rep on a forum I read more than I post? That does nothing for me IRL. I simply found it as the best way to get my opinion out there and it worked. I actually thought I would get more push back than support. Also, if I wanted Reddit karma I would have posted a Jennifer Lawrence .gif or something.
I started the Reddit thread today and I can honestly say that I am sorry for any misinformation I or others in it had. More transparency prior to this would have cleared a lot of it up and saved the backlash. I can also say thank you for listening and being willing to compromise going forward. I am looking forward to seeing what the community can come up with to resolve the issue.
I used them based off of a thread I found here and I must say, as someone who hosts a ton of servers for various games for a large group I am involved with, that I am severely disappointed in their customer service and support. It takes hours at best to get a response for any help tickets. I just started the server a few days ago and have yet to get any help with my issues. Once I do get a response on a ticket and I respond back on that same ticket I never hear from them again. What is a better option to take my business to for a DayZ server? I prefer once in the Southern USA like Dallas or Atlanta. Thanks for the help.
