what server are you playing on?
All I ever see is 200+, 300+ vehicles in the title, but never really see more than usual.
What you are describing is the type of server I would like to play on for a while.

I'm using this video card, It's great for the price and it runs everything on max on my PC.
also have this card, got it for under 100 w/ rebate, very happy.

you can get that processor and a mobo for 100-200 depending on what features you want.
I picked up a open box 21" lcd for 69$ at microcenter, that would leave you with 200-450 to spend on a graphics card,
