Gah who reported the vehicles healing themselves, that was a godsend for me who crashes to desktop every 5mins, usually coming back to my busted car propping up a tree.

Mo gore and gibs please, i want to be dragging people intestines halfway down the road after i do the bruce lee jump n twist on their body. I want to throw zombies heads at people, create buckets of blood and gore and bits of sick to prop above an apartment door for the next visitor. Even impale still living zombies or drop heavy things on them from above. What about grenades covering nearby walls with bits of zombie that slowly drip down like the fully charged baseball bat kill in Manhunt. Also where are the half eaten zombies, the ones with 1 leg or no arms, or even the head + arm + half torso zombie (sheared neck to armpit) just flailing about in a corner. Finally when they are killed some should still twitch on the floor with foam oozing from their mouth.

I know a lot of people who never play 1st person games yet love 3rd person games, i like both, the only flaw is double tapping - on num pad in 3rd person zooms out too much, meaning you can look right over a 6ft wall to the floor on the other side. When this is done in cars you get a birds eye view of everything like you've just climbed a 30ft pole.

By the time you'd fired it up a zed would be chewing your face off. and with weapon deterioration its gonna take longer and longer to fire up. I'd still put it in for the fans. It's a much better addition than another sniper or guns with cameras on them.

You'll need to bury that crap to stop enemy dogs sniffing you out, army guys in burma have to do that when 100m from the frontline.

Ok so my friends dad recently started making solar panels systems for people, but he did work for Marconi for 30+ years and knows quite a bit. So for authenticity i think you'd need to find a book on electronics and spend about 50+ game days learning circuitry before you even start to grasp how to make a power system. by which time you'll probably be eaten or shot. So maybe a game dynamic would be keeping the researcher in your team alive to maintain progress. All well and good but i dont see anything about us people whos display driver crashes and we revert to desktop every 10secs trying to play this game. I'ts a 2010 problem, please do something about it.

same problem, help yeah i err had my graphic card fan blocked up by the case flap so it was overheating big time. fixed it.

Depends, i personally like Panthera the best for its small valleys, lots of loot and changes of scenery (tropical, desert and woodland), yet it's not without flaws like trucks and stuff halfway up cliffs. Or ponds you can sit inside forever. If you want a challenge try Namalsk, you'll be hunting for Heatpacks as much as Water and its got new loot tables, weapons and supposedly single-player additions. Lingor is quite well made, although sun, sea and sand don't befit the zombie atmosphere for me. Takistan is also decent, big high valleys everywhere means sniper heaven. There's no wood from trees on this map, so any you find is worth holding on to. Plus there's no supermarkets to make food gathering extra tough. Fallujah is a huge flat urban map with endless apartment blocks and open spaces. Zargabad is a small town map with a few roads leading in. Utes is a small island with an airfield to get killed on.

I'm still using Shift-Flush to bring the game back, though its getting to be so frequent i can hardly play. Happens on all maps and it starts with the trees flickering with white dots and whole patches of ground and objects flashing white. Other games run fine. AMD Phenom II x4 965 Processor, 4gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 4890 black edition (4800 series).

Yeah they all need their own animations, and i think extending the time of some actions would immerse me more in the game, like with cooking you put the food, set your stopwatch and your free to cover the area till its ready, the food could even go cold again and lower morale. I'd love everything to have 100 different animations but if the industry wants to use storage heavy motion capture and not realtime animation what can you do?

Emotes rock, also you need the basic army ones like move up, flank left, flank right, hold position. And what about a stick you combine with your underwear to surrender with.

No point releasing more maps till bugs are fixed, so get coding slackers. Also i'm surprised Rocket said these guys are talented, i'm sure it takes great talent to put trucks and roadblocks halfway up cliff faces. and have ponds you can walk right through like Icebreakr did on the Panthera map. Did they just hit the random button? are they trolling us? Seriously i saw better stuff on the Farcry2 map editor

They should be using the Geoverse engine from Euclideon to make this game, being all about authenticity, they could scan in real objects and have the best looking game ever. Plus it doesnt even need a Video card so the game would be marketable to everyone with even a basic laptop. Polygons are terrible and everyone knew that since Hard Drivin came out on the arcade. It's basically the new revolution working with point cloud data and only processes 1 point for every pixel on screen saving all that CPU and GPU for masses of AI and other goodness. Get with the times people.

Yeah i guess it is too late for this game to change course I hope they are at least focusing on making the zombie AI ground breaking. They could sell the game on that alone.

Getting in a boat is like volunteering to be a duck at a shooting range, not good. All boats get blown up for hot marshmallow time, everyone knows that.

If your a child and your playing this alot, yknow lying to friendlys, hacking, shooting unarmed and generally being a nuisance. Your gonna be so morally bankrupt in later life. Quit now while you have a chance lol

These new maps are worse than chernarus, i thought panthera was really good till i noticed all the assets sticking out of mountains, the buildings you go in one door but cant get out the other one without crawling, and the ponds you can just sit in and wait to john rambo people. Its always gonna be a failed effort till these bugs are fixed, cant you wait for the finished product or are you just after quick fame with your haphazard rushed maps?

When it crashes to desktop hold SHIFT and press - on numpad, then type FLUSH. That'll bring the game back but idk the cause.

Was waiting for Undead Labs to make Class 3 + then Class 4 for the xbox. Then i stumbled across Gassy and Dictions youtube vids, I quickly built a PC and got on the pain train. Yeah i used to play CoD (that got old with black ops), but my true love was SOCOM 2 and Ghost Recons 2s 16player online Co-Op.

So a few week ago the Fallujah map came out. I was excited as my chernarus char had full gear, was in a bad spot and my clan had pretty much stopped playing so whatever chernarus server i played on, i was likely to lose everything in 10mins to some children. Screw that, my days of leaving GPS and NVGs in supermarkets for people are over. So a fresh start was needed, preferably with a heli not glitched in a hotel forever. Anyways i log on to Fallujah, run for about an hour through buildings and buildings, find one outhouse with some flares, yay. Then die of starvation. (this map rocks, too authentic!) So next life.. "whassat i hear shooting!", i proceed to said noise and find zombies chowing down on an unlucky fellow in the road, I let them disperse and go in for loots, yeah, hmmm, yeah, this guy has FULL toolbelt DMR M9SD NVG RF, just like i left on chernarus. I loot it all stare down the road about 20mins then log. Next level please
