GUID is directly associated with the CD Key, so yes you would also be affected. -
It's not a bad idea, save for an admin being the sole person who can grant the skin.

I'm telling you, since you asked:

About one month ago a group of two players were attempting to steal the vehicles from my group's camp. As one dude was driving out I shot him in the driver's seat and hid down in some brush, with the car they wanted to steal in an exposed position on the side of a hill. I knew they had come here for our cars so obviously the other guy would be coming to drive it away and/or avenge his buddy's death. And so I waited. About five minutes later he skylines himself on the top of the hill, walking toward the car I shot his buddy out of. With my M4A3 CCO I shot him until he dropped. I walk over to his body and he had an L85 AWS. As with anything else in this game, patience and misdirection can go a very long way.

Just to be clear, the main reason to use the -winxp startup parameter is to increase performance on multi-gpu systems. If that's you and that's something you will derive some benefit from great, otherwise there is no reason to use it. In six updater click on "Game Profile" at the top of the window, there you'll see a bunch of check boxes for startup parameters, including -winxp.

I've been using the M4A3 CCO with mounted flashlight for a while. The flashlight is good in emergency situations at night, but has obvious drawbacks. The rifle itself is handy out to 300m and the aimpoint allows for excellent quick target acquisition. However I really try to work in dangerous areas with at least one other person who complements my short range capabilities with an ACOG or a DMR.

Awesome, 1 million players.

You'll be able to play on any server with a version equal to or lower than the beta patch you installed, down to 1.60.xxxxx Rocket, just wondering if you can be more specific about a patch time, ie when does the concurrent population dip down to something you feel is low enough to give the patch to server admins.
