Ive messaged about 3 different mods about requesting the deletion of my account + posts as im leaving the forum and each time they have told me to message Griff well ive sent him 3 messages over the last week or so and am yet to even get a reply.

Nope just personal preference mainly due to identity theft and all that i would rather leave nothing behind, i dont see why this is a problem every forum Ive been on in the past gives you the option to delete your account or at least the ability to contact a mod that deletes it for you if requested. At the moment ive just been ignored a simple yes or no from Griff (or any other forum admin) would be fine.

Yea a few more skins wouldn't hurt and would take far less time to add into the mod than the dogs update for example.

An animation for it would be cool but making it a forced gameplay feature is not up my street i don't want to be made to release the chocolate hostage in the middle of a firefight.

I can just see it now Bandits slingin beans on the street corners, heroes getting gunned down in drive by shootings weve been spending most our dayZ livin in a zombie paradise.

You wouldn't find a British assault rifle or an American sniper rifle in Russian airfields (Russian being the key word here try and understand that)

Take all American/British sniper rifles out the game and make the SVD more common that and the CZ should be the only two sniper rifles in the game anything else is unrealistic.

People like you are what makes this forum painful to read, honestly do you have to over react and rage every post just because you don't agree with something?

Personally i think the community on the mod and the hacking situation will only improve after the masses migrate over to the standalone, as long as there's servers up i can see myself playing this mod for another year at least.

Most Russian servers i join either involve me spawning in as a goat or being dropped randomly into the sea from 2000 ft.

Well you never know i think a fairly large hardcore section of the mods playerbase will stick around for while, considering i still play on a mod on another FPS called Darkest hour for red orchestra that was released 4 years ago they still have a decent sized playerbase that to this day continue to play the mod even after the sequel red orchestra 2 came out last year so if a little kown mod like that can last all those years im sure people will continue to play dayZ mod for a loooooong time.

Im still going to buy and play the standalone nether the less, but ive had more fun playing this mod then any fps thats come out in the last 3 years for that reason alone i will find it hard to give this brilliant mod up.

I think there's a difference between a game with realistic features and an actual simulator dayZ for me is definitely comes under a game with realistic features but is very far from being a simulator (lets be honest who wants to spend half there time cooking steaks,sleeping,cleaning weapons, or taking a dump ect ) simply because a simulator tends to be very boring and as close to life as possible.

I was climbing the tower in the cherno fire station when i see a guy staring right at me from up the stairs he fired a few shots all over the place i pretty much shat myself and i sprayed a whole clip of akm ammo into his chest.

I dont see a problem i play no pvp servers from time to time when i feel like it and there pretty fun imo
