    How was this fixed?, same problem here with hive...."Waiting for client connection..." Was it a dev thing their end or server side? FIXED: Was "dsound.dll" missing from arma2 game folder, required by arma2lib. copied from arma2lib folder to actual arma2 game folder and all working now.
