!! All of my suggestion are for the upcoming standalone version, because i don't think they can made it into the mod, being very hard to realize!! IF you want to comment, i would love it, if you read the whole text (only 5,4k letters and spaces and ' and () ) and maybe overthink it once or twice before hating me. There is an simple but yet hard method to stop or fix or balance the following things: Extreme PvP-ing Server-Hopping Ghosting Alt+f4ing stability issues Unoffical server issues old version server issues Only day/night server issues teamplay issues CHEATING LOOTCYCLING now we come to the idea i had when i just created a new WoW-character. short: bin players to like 4 servers and gave them fixed name. long: spoilers

maybe i can shorten it: bind players to servers. no more ghosting, hopping. and you might think twice before you give ur (fixed) name bad props

atm they move at 105% and stop for hitting you. it's kewl. if u stop to shoot, u can get attacked, if u just run and run its all ok

Hey forum, i was just playing on a deep-night server, it was like 1 o'clock. I have a NVG, so i can easyly play and see. but as a test i tweaked gamma and brightness to max. i could see even better. i think this sucks and should be fixed (u can't turn up gamma in rl, so... :) ) so my suggestion for DayZ is a fixed gamma / brightness, maybe not on one value 8differrent monitors and so on) but maybe to value between 0.8 and 1.2 or so. And a config tweak should lead to a kick ( i think it is not too hard to implement or?)

i read yout post, just didn't answear :P i think, it is a bit serverdependd (if possible?) i teste the gamma / brightness now on like 10 servers, and on 8 of em it was helpfull, on two of them not

yy, funny that everyboday thinks like this.do you think i will have it always? i dont think so... i just post this NOW, because i just see that it is utmost useless to carry NVG's with u, black/ white is uch better the green

i have my nv like for 20days so... @tsandry: he could disable singleplayer and respawn and i doubt that any monitor needs it up to 2.0 gamma / brightnes? it work same on all monitors, so 2.0 gamma is black and whit on all screens
