If I get one I'll let you know, although I find the land vehicles more interesting than the offer of your weapons. Most people who actually have the time, effort and skill to repair a helicopter to the point of fly-ability would have the level of weapons and gear that you do now. So maybe offer them up and the ammo and suits? I just don't reckon many will be super keen for weapons as most are happy with what they are running with currently and also because SVD mags are rare as rocking horse shit these days. Well for me anyway.

Only just earlier today for me did I have a friend ask me what was going wrong with his Day Z, he said bought the keys from an online key store (cdkeysdirect) and upon running ARMA he was subsequently disconnected from the server with an accompanying message 'CD Key is disabled; please contact support" or something similar to that. I guess that's what happens when you try to cheat out of a few dollars on a game that is clearly for sale now for how much? $30 USD?? To me seems like it's extra well spent money in receiving peace of mind in your online experience.

I was running from a fire-fight that I accidentally got caught up in the middle of only to be shot in the legs, lose blood from 11000ish blood to 97 blood, yes 97, not 970 or 9700 but 97, log out due to anger at my death only to find upon me returning lying unconscious with no death message and nobody in sight to help/put me out of my suffering. So I had to run on a friends account to my location so he could then log in at a break from his university studies and epi-pen me back to life, then I ran to a pack of zeds to end it once and for all as neither of us had a blood pack left. So depending what server you are on PM me or the 'SpecOpsScott' user and one of us will be able to help you :) We've all been there at some point so don't fret.

Great, now it's my time to chime in on this. Since this started I have been on the developer side of this debate yet I was still able to see yours somewhat and empathize with it, although after reading that underlined and highlighted sentence above I cannot disagree with you more on your beliefs. Are you really going to try and say that purely because the Dev team has not pushed out an update as quick as you wanted you are willing to bring up a threat of suing and take Bohemia Interactive to court? It's downright ridiculous. Not to mention idiotic. You may be more intellectual than others and have a higher level of education but you are still so obviously stupid enough to think that you can throw about threats relating to taking a company to court and still expect people on here to possibly stop and think "hey..maybe he is correct about all of this, I agree with what he has to say". But no, surprise surprise you instead are causing people here to hate you and wish you never purchased this game in the first place. Me being one of them. Now I already can predict that you will retort at me with some line regarding a qualification or certification that you obtained in your obviously learned life and will use that knowledge to tell me that I have not a single sliver of understanding the world of business and any other world you believe you own but I can tell you this, people love this game, they love when new updates come out, they don't bitch about the lack thereof and they most certainly need a 'now playing' graph from steam to tell them it's a huge hit, and I certainly do not care about you or your '100k a year statistics' say to believe that. So considering the bind we are all in I suggest that you either do one of these many options: Shut up about all of this and continue to play the game in a quiet, non objective way that will not affect the good people and moderators on this here forum. Continue to complain about this game, the company and people behind it and all it's so-called flaws and problems, all the while unnecessarily creating pain for everybody that has to listen to your drivel or: Leave this game, cut your losses and find some other way to keep you entertained, I heard that a new Wii is coming out soon so maybe you should wait for that and buy the next generation in the 'Petz' series? It may save the tent and lose the items for the next restart like you assumed but I highly recommend not doing any of that, it comes across as an excessively dickish move and something that is only done by the type of people who have not completed any higher education past the age of 14.

You know, you may call Battleye 'gay' (which just proves your immaturity) but I bet anything that if in fact you were not banned and Battleye had not jumped up to their responsibility as fast as they had and started sending out mass ban waves you would be one of the people to put up a thread on this very forum complaining they are not doing enough to address the situation. It just sounds like to me that all you ever think about is yourself, you are selfish and need to realise that a company whose main objective is to protect the very people like you who want a clean and friendly online gaming experience makes mistakes from time to time and if you are truly indeed innocent then it will come up when you contact them about the ban. On the other hand, if you are falsely proclaiming your innocence in this matter then I hope you never have your ban removed.

Most people would be jumping for joy if they actually managed to get unbanned from a server, accept it and just play. At least you can play unlike some others who receive bans. Less 'Q.Q' and more Pew Pew.

As a famous collective of unknown individuals stated as part of their morals; 'we are not your personal army'. So taking that last sentence into consideration, do not ask the Day Z forums to have a server shut down, it simply will not happen unless the server is breaching rules provided by the official Day Z team.

I had it happened to me, whatever you do get back to where you were before that! Your player will be there with your gear most likely, I re spawned at kamenka after being sent to the 'desert' and logging off and back on after and before I randomly was teleported with no gear I was behind elektro. So I took 30 mins run to get back and my guy was standing there with all my gear and weapons. I retrieved every necessary item and weapon I had lost. It sucks but give it a try, may just help you like it did me :)

I don't mind the bandit skin, looks pretty cool to me but I feel that I now have a target on my head. The only time I actually shot at someone else was when a player with a makarov ran at me and started shooting so I shot back with my AK and dropped the poor fellow. It's unfortunate that the situations that players are put in will sometimes give them a bad image to the general population of players.

I'll add you next time I'm on my desktop. I play NZ and AUS servers as much as I can :) Where are you located in chernarus?

Must you post this three times? As for your issue, have you tried playing the character from another computer/ another location?

I don't have much knowledge of how to read server logs but it certainly does look like a "Cowmakaze" happened so to speak :P

First of all, running a minecraft server and a website has nothing to do with running an ARMA 2 server. Minecraft servers are about as easy to handle as colouring in a book at pre-school. Same goes for the websites. I have done both so don't bother to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. Secondly, just because you are an admin of a server you do not have a single inch of right more than any other player when it comes to scripting. So don't try to tell me that it's acceptable in any shape or form. Lastly, server owners have no reason to teleport and kill players on their own servers, that just causes more players to choose different servers instead of theirs and then it becomes pointless to even run a server if nobody is playing on it. Think before you speak and learn to recognize the difference between a hacker and an administrator of a server.

Agreed. Also after a while you learn the land and you don't even need a map.

Doesn't sound like a troll to me. Sounds like a concerned gamer who is looking out for others. I accidentally snuck in to a horror movie on TV that my parents were watching when I was a young child and during the movie I got extremely scared at one point and was so traumatized that I couldn't sleep in the dark for quite a while. If his child was so scared that he excreted in his own pants then he must be quite easily frightened and may end up being traumatized himself.

Only way I could possibly think would be running a separate Linux distro on the PS3 (if you have the original one like I do of course) and then run a wine/cedega'd steam and run ARMA on the Linux. All seems like way too much effort in my opinion.
