So I updated to the new 1.7.4.4 mod version and I spawned in game. The problem I'm having is that I have two icons for both food and drink. There is the normal one and to the left of it there is a smaller one as well. It's really strange, has anyone else had this problem?

So I usually launch DayZ by using the "Launch Arma 2 OA beta patch" shortcut. When I first start my computer, I can do this no problem. However, after my computer has been running for an hour or so and I go to launch DayZ again, it crashes on startup and the only way I can get DayZ to launch again is by restarting my computer. It's beginning to get extremely annoying. I can launch Arma 2 OA through steam no problem, but just not via the beta patch which runs DayZ for me.

We've added some lighting features to improve night play on the server! This is only currently in Elektro, but we will be spreading this sort of thing throughout the major cities and some smaller ones as well!

Still getting this, getting on my nerves. Can't wait for the standalone so I can get rid of this pos mod.

I reformatted a few days ago after installing a new cpu/mobo/ram package. Everything went fine though, but I was also having the issue before the installation. As for running through DayZ commander, my server isn't on DayZ commander and to be perfectly honest, I actually prefer the in game server list. My set up at the moment, AMD FX 8120 3.1 black edition, 16gb ddr3 crucial memory, asus mobo, gtx 550ti. I don't understand why it launches at first, but then after a few hours fails to launch if I want to play it again.

Hey guys, basically I have a youtube channel that I've been running for a while since I started playing DayZ. I'm coming up for my 100 sub mark (not a lot compared to other channels but far more than I expected to get). My videos are mostly intense gunfights, moments we find funny, or just pure fails. We don't take the game too seriously and our aim is to have fun. Anyway, once I reach 100 subs I'm going to make a video and do a free Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead CD Key giveaway to a lucky subscriber. Few important changes to the server! Firstly, we have reset the server back to daylight 24/7 on request of the community! We may experiment with a short night cycle if asked. More importantly, we have edited the map to make it much more interesting and to make areas of the map usually ignored much more worth visiting! You do NOT need to download any custom files or pbo's to play! Map Changes! We have modified - Kamenka : New Hi Res building New Pub New Supermarket New industrial building NW Airfield: Hospital added Supermarket Added (Duty Free Ofcourse) NE Airfield: Hangers added Barrack added Medical tent added Firestation added Some decoration added Thanks guys! This is not the final list of changes, as we will be adding more as we go.

Myself and a couple of other mates own a private hive where we have added custom guns, including that beast of a weapon! We have also removed the thermal version, the AS50 and the M107. Thanks for watching buddy.

So basically our server started out as Daylight 24h but after a lot of demand players asked if there could be a short night time phase. Is there anyway to have a server run daylight mostly and then maybe a 2-3 hour night time then back to daytime. If so, how would be implement this. Thanks

Yeah ours is a private hive so we can do pretty much whatever we want :P If anyone else has done this or knows how to do it I'd be very appreciative. Thanks

So basically we started a new private hive server a few days ago and everything is going great, but in the last day we've had a few issues with loot spawning (or lack of it) in coastal cities like Elektro etc. After a server restart all the loot spawns fine, but about an hour, hour and a half later, all the loot seems to disappear and stop spawning. Has anyone had this issue? We won't really want to restart the server every hour and a half so if someone knows how to fix this I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks!
