    Zoomed in constantly issue?

    ive been away from the game for a bit, and when i rejoined i noticed i was zoom all the way in... when i am in 3rd person view i can pull up one of the game menus and i will zoom out to see my body not just my head.. but when i close the menu, it will zoom back in... Also when im in 1st person view, if i double tab the num - it will zoom out for 1/2 a second then zoom in again.... should this be happening?
