I had this one pulled on me yesterday, I wasn't that annoyed because I had only played on that life for an hour, and had nothing of value, BUT it is an inconvenience that no one but the hacker (and maybe his/her friends?) enjoys. Also I am not sure if this is related to someone hacking on a server, but when I was playing all the zombies were 'highlighted' with a transparent circle, even through walls, I'm wondering if this could be because there was a hacker on that server? (again I do not know if that is a server option or not, just thought I'd bring it up) I made the mistake of not alt + F4'ing and hanging around to see how it panned out, I didn't get shot or melee'd to death, but after diving for cover behind a crate I instantly had all my bones broken and was in a state of shock, which abruptly followed by instant death (hacked command?) Even though it was an inconvenience, for a first time it was exciting; but I would not like it to happen if I had have been surviving for a week and had some wicked gear. I agree with boycotting the thunderdome, I will never attack someone if I have been ported there. But there is that instant death if you dont alt F4 fast enough.

I've only been playing for a couple of days now, but I have had no trouble sneaking past zombies, but I have managed to get the occasional random zombie aggro. Yet to find a gun, so I dont mind engaging in combat with zombies with my hatchet. It's annoying when you run out of bandages because you are bleeding from one hit though :/

Hi all! I'm Sam, or Sam entropy in game. Ive been watching videos and reading the forums for a couple of weeks, decided to buy arma II to play both dayZ and arma, and so far I love both! This mod will go far, as long as the hackers get dealt with, lost all of my stuff a couple of times now, but it doesnt discourage me from trying to survive :D I play mostly on the AU and ANZ servers, depending on which isn't overly full. Definitely keen on some company here and there. Hit me up in pm if you are keen. Working my way along the east coast heading north, as I hear its not too busy up that way, plus I like exploring!!
