Grenade launcher can do it too. You need ALOT of grendes though. Seen it done with about 20. Satchel charges can as well (and you don't hear them coming).

I doubt there will be much crafting in this game. Maybe, but not much more than we have seen. I think this game will end up focussing on the ARMA crowd who like hardcore (lol) FPS. If Im wrong I hope there is alot of stuff that caters for casual gamers to do. Right now there isn't much end game and crafting and things like this could really help.

If its legit he seen it Im not surprised. Making new skins and trolling players is kind of an in thing with hackers right now. At the same time, I hope Rocket is taking notes. Throwing in some "easter eggs" like this into the game could really make it a bit more interesting. Same with things like Green mountain and the guys getting around in Joker/Jason skins playing creepy songs.

Are you playing on 1.7.1.5 and the latest 883 build (or whatever it is)? Ever since I updated to have the latest versions of everything I seem to have not encountered a hacker since. -
Any tips for finding vehicle spawns or helicopter crash sites?

Mostly look around the middle of the map, do loops around Stary sobor for crash sites. For vehicles, they are usually hoarded by clans along the furthest grid West on the map and North up above Petrovsky. When searching the west side, look for long clearings (great for quickly navigating back in a vehicle) and check the forests near those clearings. -

Hire this man. I forget what its like to play with permadeath, since all I have to do is respawn and head to my tents/vehicles and rekit again. Tents you own should be destroyed immediately when you die. Vehicles should only be able to store Jerry Cans. -

I heard ARMA 2 was a military simulator. I heard DayZ was a Zombie apocalyse simulator.

If hacking and duping decrease enough, its probably going to be quite difficult to get ammo for them. If not, they can always decrease the ammo drop chance some more. With an ammo shortage it will make people think twice about having them. Especially if its taking up alot of slots in their pack. Right now there is a massive loot inflation for these because of all the exploits/hacks.

Id pay. I don't think it would be the best model for this game though. They do need to make money off this. My thoughts are to give DLC content to make the extra cash. -
Apparently there is only a 50% chance they will spawn loot (read of the db website). But if there is nothing there they seem to sometimes spawn if you hang around for a while.

I have a horn in my inventory

There is a hack that puts a horn in peoples inventory (everyone in the server the hacker is in). Its not a glitch. Nonetheless fun :P -
I just ran into a major base with various vehicles, including a bus and tents. I was specifically scanning that area for tents because Im low on Stanag SD clips. Got my clips and found one of the trucks had 2 AS50TWS'. I thought there was only a standard AS50 in the game, but not sure. Ive checked the wiki and a few other databases but cant find it. Is this weapon legit?

I used to be really scared of playing at night. Figured Id just get killed and couldn't see anything. Apparently they increased the brightness. Now I find it safer playing at night then during the day.
