I have a 4650 and quad core. It struggles but it runs it alright on low settings. Maybe try using CCC to get your setting right.

At first I started picking them up. But I want to play this game legit so I literally do not touch any one elses stuff, whether it be from looting dead bodies, ammo crates, tents, vehicles or whatever. It doesn't take long to get all the stuff you need the legitimite way anyways.

I used to get the CZ550 all the time. I swear they changed the loot tables on them, because I never come across them anymore.

I have no friends "IRL". After a few decades Ive found I rarely meet people who don't turn out to be complete dickheads and cause you problems in one way or another. I don't think its sad to not have friends IRL, I think its smart not to. Friends, no matter who good they are to you, eventually one day they are going to let you down in a way that will make you regret they ever knew them. Its only a matter of time. I have family that I love and they are the only people that matter to me.

Dont crawl. Always serpentine run. If you see a building you really want to loot that has only one entrance/exit, use shift crouch (x) walk to evade aggo where necessary. Close doors if your looting close to them. You shouldn't need to shoot at Zombies, you can shake off aggro with relative ease. Know which buildings have more than one exit. Have an exit plan (I always exit from the same way I enter, I find it safer). Know the buildings. Know the city your looting: http://dayzdb.com/map Do a very quick recon of the city and identify the approximate pathing your going to take. Know what your objective is. Don't stick around. You want to be in, acheive what you want to acheive and get out. EDIT: If you want to practice and familiarize yourself with the big cities (Cherno/Elektro) go do it on a low population server.

Im try to work out if this is a legit drop or not. It was on a heli crash site where stuff regularly spawns. Its a small box similar in size to MG ammo box/clip. In it, it had a 10 clips of DMR ammo, 10 clips of SVD ammo and another 10 clips of another ammo (cant remember). Its the second time Ive run into one of these. I know about the large weapons and ammo box that players hack in, but is this box legit?

If I come across one again Ill take a picture. I came across the same one in the barracks at NWAF, but it was empty.

Fixed mine by changing my GPU settings with CCC. I have a really bad PC thats about 7 years old now. People can fix them, they are just to lazy to play around with the in game and out of game settings.

So true. Ive been watching some youtubers and they go in fully equipped with the best of everything in the game (that they were handed to by a friend) and in the same sentence complain about hackers, dupers and exploiters. There are a few that shit me. RhinoCrunch is one of them.

Im testing it by some suggestions in another thread: Stick them on the most even ground you can find. Save them only once Dont place them anywhere near any objects like trees/rocks I think the major thing is trees. When trees are added back in after a server reset they seem to sometimes slightly adjust the position of the tent and at the same time delete everything in them. I have my tent just near debug plains but still inside. So far its gone through 2 resets without losing anything. On that same server I lost everything in a tent after 1 reset and had a duplicate tent on top of my original tent. It doesn't have to be debug plains, there are some decent spots on the map. They just aren't all very good at hiding.

Yeah fraps files are massive.

Its around the sides of the chopper within a 5metre radius. If you can't find anything there the only place is under the chopper, but Ive never been able to reach it under there. If the only loot that is there is under the chopper its likely that someone has already looted it before you came along.

MK48MOD 0 is the rarest IMO. Ive seen like a million AS50s. MK48MOD 0 is the only weapon I haven't seen in the game.

I don't think I can handle having a dog in this game. My dog getting killed would devestate me more than if I died.

I have a bug where if I ALT F4 to disconnect I often get returned to the coast. Maybe try that?

Alot of people think that the AS50 is so frequent because of the hacking and duping. But its not just that. Theres like 6 chopper crash sites per map, which usually have 2 of the M107s/AS50/Bizon etc. Thats way too much. If the alpha game comes out this way, with no weapon spawning scripts and no duping, the AS50 and other heli crash site weapons will still be common.

I had the exact same problem last night. Full tent. Next day I come back to two empty tents almost on top of each other. I think its a bug after a server reset.
