Wonder if it was a bug when you vaulted over that rubble/wall ? Like slightly glitching into the object. The timing seems to be right for it. There is usually a 2 second or so delay after the event that kills you to when you actually drop dead.

elaborate ? Why would a really old character get stuck at the loading screen ? Anyone else experienced this ?

3 days it took me to lose mine and my faith has never been restored yet. Mind you , I havnt given anyone the chance too either. I stay well clear of everyone since then.

Well , if your going to be running the game at your monitors native res and in full screen then to find out your current res you could right click on an empty part of your desktop and choose screen resolution option. It should tell you then.

Once you have OA it also best to launch the game as Combined Ops to stop any annoying pop up error messages.
