    Ok damn it, now I could need a medic myself. My ATV flipped over when I was driving home, and now I am at 2k blood, bleeding, and unconscious. Problem ist, I don't know exactly where, because it was raining, night-time, and I was fast. The location is west of Stary, my guess is somewhere around 045 077 south of the Veresnik hill and close to the road leading up to Kabanino. Anyone in the area to help me out?

    To everyone stuck at loading or unable to connect to a server: try to download the latest BattleEye *.dll manually and replace the existing file. At least in my case it seemed to make a difference because afterwards I could join servers normally.

    I'm back online, and currently near Stary. Call me if you need some help.

    But helicopters crash somewhere on the map, which can be an open field close to Stary or the NWAF (so its dangerous), but it can also be behind some woods near Polana, where only like three guys will ever find it before the server restarts. The result is that even though heli crashes are random, its easier to find one and possibly a L85 than going to the barracks for a M16 ACOG, because there will be other players, snipers, or server hoppers.

    I found a SVD today at the NWAF after patching up someone near Stary. Threw it away the minute I stumbled upon a crashed helicopter and got my beloved FAL back again :) But I have a question: is it possible that you only find ammo for the SVD at heli sites? Never saw those kind of ammo anywhere else...

    Seems to happen every now and then, I had this just a few hours ago. Maybe the communication to the master server gets weird from time to time, I dunno. Once I spawned at the coast with like a third of my gear intakt, not primary weapon or backpack, but half a toolbelt and my pistol. As far as I can tell, its a "normal" incident. And BattleEye very likely just told you like everyone else how proud they are of 11k hackers being banned, they do announcements like that a lot lately.

    I patched up three guys today, two at the NWAF and one at Devil's Castle. One guy at the NWAF offered me his GPS, but I declined because I felt bad for taking such a valuable rare gadget for a simple blood transfusion. 5 mins later I found a GPS at the northern barracks, when I relogged to help another guy. The last guy at Devil's Castle not only got blood, but also my box of matches, so he could make his own campfires and live off the land. That were my good deeds for the day. I also killed a wannabe-bandit who tried to ambush me with a Bison... he took several shots but couldn't bring me below 10k blood before I shoved my FAL in his face.
