Hey guys, what's up? I can't join any DayZ servers or Play DayZ at all unless I take the SCUD.pbo file and MOAB.pbo file out of my addons folder. I'm assuming if it let me it would bring those into the game as well or something. Is there any way I can keep my other mods where they should be so I can play DayZvwithout taking those files in and out all the time? Is it something i'm doing wrong? Or is it supposed to be like that?

I guess thats why my Arma 2 is so screwy. Thank you boneboys.

Hi Guys, Killed a hacker today on some random server (Forget which, I was in cherno and I think I startled him while he was running around.) I saw him at the supermarket and he shot me with a full auto pistol, I unloaded about 4-5 shots into him with the FN FAL and he went DOWN. Looted his body and found a Skorpion type weapon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%A0korpion_vz._61) and an AS50 TWS. Took both and put them in my backpack, headed back to camp, and contemplated what to do next. I've heard mixed stories about hacked in weapons, I've heard they're fine to pick up and use, but you get banned if you script them in. I'm not a big fan of scripters, and I'd never do that myself, so that crosses out that option. But what about picking them up and using them? I've heard people tell me I can get banned for both using and picking them up, but I've heard that also you can't (SOURCE:http://www.battleye.com/support.html) So whats the verdict? Will I get banned? If not, and it's perfectly legal, then I'm gonna use it to hunt bandits. I'm a hero. I'll smite them with my .50 holy justice. But If I get banned...? Thanks guys, for your help.

I believe it is a non steam digital service. I use the Gamestop Now app and I got it there. Sorry about that.

How do I disable the other mods? I launch through DayZCommander, if that helps.

Hello all, I have come to you all to suggest a new feature to DayZ. it is called "Adaptation". Adaptation is the Natural Process of your body Adapting to fit your needs. It happens in humans, animals, plants, etc. So, what would Adaptation do to you in DayZ? Or better yet, what is it's place? Think about every time you eat beans, or drink a coke. Then think about how long it takes for your food/drink meters to go back down to red. In real life, Adaptation, if you do it enough, would increase the times needed for your food/drink meter to go down. So, If Adaptation was implemented into DayZ, What would happen, is this: 1: If you eat/drink constantly, your Hunger/Drink meter time goes down, due to your body attempting to make it so you get the "Joys" of hunger. 2: If you eat and drink Sparingly (You hunger/drink meter goes red 5 times in a row) your Hunger/drink meter time INCREASES. Why? Your body wants you to get your "Joys" of hunger in. 3: If you eat/Drink off/on (Your Food/Drink meter would go red maybe, then you eat to fill it up, then you eat directly afterwards, kind of like a neutral eating process) Your hunger/drink meter would STAY THE SAME. Rocket, I have been to Green Mountain in many of my travels, and in these travels I have found a Radio. I have also heard of the morse code "Theory" In DayZ. This has been one of my favorite parts of DayZ. The "Mythology" Behind it. The "Secrets". It was creepy, and fun, to test the mose code out at Green Mountain, and it's too bad that that's all there is (So far, at least.) So I have a suggestion for you, Oh Great Creator. If you have ever played Call of Duty, Nazi Zombies (Yeah, DayZ Players.I said it. Nazi Zombies. Call of duty. In the same sentence.) You will notice there are easter eggs, secrets, mythology, and a backstory. Now, I'm not saying I want to pull a lever and the Ghost of Green Mountain and Tank Dempsey come out, but I would like a hidden backstory. In COD, the zombies were created by Element 115 (Ununpentium) and there are clues to the story and many other awesome things you can find and read about, that add along to the story, that aren't directly mentioned. So what if DayZ had a hidden backstory? And before the community calls me a Filthy Causal, Think of how awesome it would be to find out how the zombies were infected, and seeing more real life elements put into DayZ. I'd also like to hear the communities thoughts too. Would you like a backstory on how the poor people of Chernarus were infected? Maybe a human Strain of Mad Cow disease? Or something more mysterious? Like a governmental plot to kill all of Chernarus for more...sinister reasons? Thoughts? Wow, I just said Green Mountain, Call of duty, and Nazi Zombies in the same post. How much am I going to get flamed? :P

I hope Rocket sees this. But still, What if Green Mountain weren't the only place where experiments were held? What if there were a bunker underneath NWAF? Or Windy Mountain? And maybe each Lab where experiments were held could unlock more secrets to how the zombies were created, and why? Uh-oh. Now my imagination is loose. Look out.
