    If you overclock the H60 might be a little lacking...Ive got my 2500k clocked at 4.5ghz with an h80 and with intel burn test and prime95 maxed out it sits at 55c which is great in my opinion. It might work out for you though, I just know that ivy bridge runs quite a bit hotter, correct me if Im wrong. Edit: Definitely don't need more than 8gb of ram imo.
