Nope, I'm not trolling at all. Nore am I raging or crying. I'm just saying that I don't understand why admins are punished by blacklisting if they tr to protect their server by locking it or anything like that. Its just asinine to me.

Speak for myself? I am part of the vast majority of players. You've never been hacked so you have no frame of reference here jackass. You are speaking about something you know nothing of and that makes me a crybaby how?

My two friends and myself play almost daily and are looking to start a small colony of people who are interested in working together. We want to play semi-friendly. We won't be afraid to kill if need be, but were not going to shoot first and ask questions later. We currently use skype, but I will buy a ventrilo or teamspeak if needed. The community ban list is absolutely silly. The fact that it even exists shows how little authority server owners have over their own server. They can't lock the server and make it private or the get blacklisted. They can't ouright kick suspected hckers or they get reported for BS admin abuse on these forums and get potentiall blacklisted anyway.

That is the story of everyone at this point unfortnately.

AlT+F4 I have used it more than any gun when I get fucked with by hackers--which is almost constantly...

I know it would be abused, but server restarts are abused as we'll. It is possible to find a good server where that doesn't happen.

If Dez was paranoid at hackers and restarted the server that is on him. It's not right, but it's still on him. If we didn't have so many god damn hackers Dez would have never had the exuse in the first place whether it was really hacking or not. Seriously as a player I side with the admins. Sure they could make it more well known for people that it will have a PW, but it was a very short duration of time. The admin apologized--the OP apologized. This thread is solved if you ask me.

I also want ot add that this just goes to show that all those people that jumped down Auge's throat in the first page of this thread are part of the problem. He went from being a total crybaby to you guys and now he looks like a god damned hero.

This is the single greatest example of letting someone walk right into a trap I have ever seen. This is reminds me of when I worked in a grocery store in college and I got to sit in with security when they caught a shoplifter. "duhhhh ahh...thats....thats not me."

Oh shit. I play on US353 and last night we stumbled across a camp with like 7 tents FULL of guns, ammo, medical supplies, more tents there was a dirtbike, bicycle and much more. WE CLEANED HOUSE and put it all somewhere else. If that was the admins honeypot I'm betting we are so banned when we get online tonight :P

Hey fuckwad. I never used a script to give me beans or morphine. Every can of beans i've ever eaten I had to work for. Why should you get a pass because you're sorry now? I agree with all the people that say you suck and should never be allowed to play again. Had you not gotten banned early on you would have progressed to other more extreme ways of hacking I guarantee it. In a perfect world Bohemia, Activision, Rockstar and every game company on the planet to pool the IP addresses of hackers and you would never play another game online until you physically move.
