Im clearly poking fun at "pvp" snipers; no need to get mad. And I don't care about handgun tiers, I actually LIKE the M9 and I don't care how good/bad my guns are. You assume because I'm a medic that I don't actually kill players; wrong.

Sure, until someone walks up behind you and pulls it out of your backpack and shoots you in the face. I prefer not to snipe at all, firepower is my game, not camping on a hill looking over elektro adding to my ever expanding flashlight collection. M9 is my favorite handgun in the game, to bad it doesn't take G17 mags but the G17 takes M9 mags :| PDW is neat too, but it doesn't have that handgun charm to me.

You know, that and it doesn't have a 480m audible radius like the AS50. DMR is a valid zombie killing weapon, AS50 is pure "Herp derp imma pro sniper than can one hit kill anything on the map"

Make cars less rare, problem solved. Z Day in real life? Cars wouldn't be hard to find at all. Fuel and parts would be hard to find. Id rather have alot of cars anyways, they are a really fun part of the game.

Its unfortunate that any time anyone sets up a large settlement people try to raid it just because they think it would be funny. Like I said before, ill offer any spare supplies I have/find in the coming days. I won't be a guard or a trader, but I would just like to support the project in a minimal way.

I fully support this. I could bring you gear when you get set up, once we find new vehicles we will start gathering again (a hacker teleported them all to the ocean) Throw me a PM when/if you get set up and ill throw my extra gear your way.

Why not let them be? Don't discourage them from setting up on another server. I could see a place where people gather that is just an organized area. tbh Id like to see a general store where people come in and trade for ammo/weapons they need.

I spent 5 minutes in armory learning how to fly the helicopter. Do the same. I guess those 500+ hours of Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising didn't go to waste after all.

You're an idiot. People use barbwire for the wrong reasons, just setting it up like dumbasses. Its meant to be put around camps to keep players out, because you can't vault over it. Sandbags + barbwire means you can stop zombies and players, making for an amazing base building component.

Implying bronies wont kick your ass around all of chernarus. Hell, I've been doing it for a long time.

Ah we only killed one guy (24/7 stationed guard im assuming), ran over 6 tents, took one ural and blew up one V3S. Took our bus (that was stolen from us about a week ago) and drove off with our truck we found yesterday and the ural we stole and moved cross-map. Im trying to keep large camps off our server, we usually return most vehicles down near the coast for noobs to use. We keep one truck and the PBX boat, the rest go to the coast (usually) and any tent city larger than 3 tents gets destroyed.

Where you the group where we killed you, took your truck, ran over your tents, drove it into the water, then moved our camp? If so, that was fun.

I run an FX-4100 Quad Core 3.4GHz @ 4.2GHz with an overclocked Nvidia 550Ti, 16GB 1600 DDR3 RAM @ 2300MHz. I get 60-70 fps all the time, though zooming in still rapes my fps unless my graphics are low. Graphics are maxed out everything with post process disabled.

I was browsing the coast looking for a boat this morning and ended up finding one near Nizhnoye and it had no fuel. I told my buddy to hop on and come down to help me find some fuel. He was way far north and decided to check Guba for a PBX boat. On his way there he found a truck in the woods full of gas and drove it down to where my boat was. When he was driving he heard gunshots and a guy screaming over direct chat to let him in, so he stopped and gave him a ride. He brought him down to where I was with my boat and we filled up my boat. The man had to log off for half an hour and we would come get him when he messaged my friend on steam. We parted ways and my friend went looking for parts while I went to islands looking for a chopper. The man eventually returned and asked us to pick him up. He claimed a grenade went off near his building and someone was yelling at him over direct chat and he needed help, so my buddy drove down with another one of my friends to kill the people messing with him and give him a ride. The bandits unloaded on the truck and blew it up and the man we where coming to rescue ALT+F4'd and my two friends started shooting the bandits. My friend who originally found the truck ran away and left our other friend to fend for himself, eventually dying. The man later reconnected and got shot anyways. Me, my friend, and the stranger all ended up in cherno. Now the stranger starts complaining about how his dying of thirst and we need to find him a drink, then we need to find him a gun, then he needs ammo, then he needs food, then he needs a drink again, now he wants to try and get his body, now hes hungry again, he just wouldn't stop fucking complaining. Bandits eventually tried to kill us in a church and me nor my friend had any ammo while the stranger had been hoarding ammo the whole time and we ended up dying while he ALT+F4d again. This is what we get for helping someone out. Fuck good karma, everyone but friends get left behind. TL;DR Found guy, huge dumbass, got our truck blown up trying to save him, mad.

I try to keep my friendly status, but with people like these its pretty hard to not want to shoot them in the face. A few awesome strangers I met in-game make it all worth it though. KoS guys I just kill, because 90% of the time I'm a better shot and quicker on the trigger. Never been sniped before though.

The M14 AIM is a great gun too, amazing for taking out anything and has ammo basically everywhere. Scope mildots are 100 meters each, max "effective" range of 800 meters. Though in OF:DR I've gotten head-shots over 1400 meters with it on stationary targets. Powerful rifle, 8000 blood damage and will knock down in one shot, targets will only live if you let them bandage and run or they ALT+F4. Ammo is everywhere, fairly common. Id say keep it, its a fine gun, coupled with a decent sidearm like a G17 or PDW it will serve you well.

I was thinking of just starting to KoS, but I have befriended quite a few people by not doing so. Most of my encounters end with a dead bandit, or another survivor running in the other direction just as afraid of me as I am them. I can't really KoS considering I'm a medic though.
