yay FN FAL AN/PVS-4 NVG are extremely rare weapon not common weapon and their ammo only drop on crash site.. why over powered?

i know every body have problem with this weapon "FN FAL AN/PVS-4 NVG" it's extremely rare weapon but it can't turn off NVG to use in day time = useless Suggest: ability to turn off Night Vision Goggle for this gun(a little more realistic......) :lol:
