ok thanks for the info but how can you play with this immense glitche?? im getting headaches and nearly epileptical attacks when running around in chernaruss

I am experiencing a lot of that barbed wire graphics glitches which make the mod unplayable. I want play again. When will the update be released?? I would be happy too if you could bring out only that graphic bug fix - a 1.7.2.45 emergency release!! I know you guys are working hard but at this stage i cant play >:(
